Cons: some rooms are a bit convoluted in shape

Cons: Nothing I did not like anything about it. Room was terrable.

Cons: The bad. They don't use keycards for the elevator or door. As mentioned, there are some sketchy characters outside, and there's lots of people coming inside for the pool parties at night. Anyone could just take the elevator upstairs and potentially kick a door down. Locks seemed kinda weak. No safe in the room, but they have 'em downstairs. Late checkout was 12.30pm and that's pretty BS. Stayed on the 8th floor so sound wasn't a problem, but if you're a light sleeper, don't stay on the lower floors. If you're looking for a sterile place to stay with grandma and the kids, this is not it -- better go with a chain like Hilton or Ritz. But if grandma used to be a hippie and you're fairly open, it's great.

Cons: The parking was horrible!

Cons: The cleaning staff needs to be retrained. The basics were not taken care of in my room eg shampoo, conditioner, floor mat etc... were not replenished when needed/ garbage pails were not emptied.

Cons: For $256/night, my room badly needed an update. There were only 2 power outlets - One shared between the TV and the AC and the other was inaccessible behind the bed. This just doesn't cut it in today's day and age, esp for a hotel that at least partially caters to the convention crowd. In addition, the bathroom was tiny and the shower was so narrow that I had to bathe sideways (2.5 feet, I measured.) Plus, there was nowhere in the shower to put items aside from the floor, no soap tray, nothing. I won't be staying here again. I knew it wasn't going to be the Ritz, but this was a tad too far into the 60s for me.

Cons: The bathroom was small, felt old, and was dingy. There was a roll of toilet paper by the sink like it was meant to be a hand towel. The floors are concrete and feel unkempt because of their coldness. The decor is also themed but feels cold and dingy, the rugs on the walls were half hung. The worst was the A/C in the window and being hot all night. We ended up running to the ACE to salvage our vacation.

Cons: Their is no coffee maker in the room and that little luxury would have been really nice since we were never able to use the breakfast during the time they provided. Their was no book talking about nearby restaurants and features of the hotel in the room by the phone, so that was odd. The parking lot was tiny and the spaces were extremely close and we were in a small sports car, so had to pay to park next door $30 one night and $24 the second. The bathroom in the room was tiny and very outdated, the shower curtain had a hole in it and was yellowed from wear. The main thing that I thought was gross was their was several black foreign hairs on the ceiling of the bathroom. I didn't want to call and make a complaint, and I saw the maid was a few doors down before we left so I left her a note with a tip on the bed that said "The room looks great, but their is a few foreign hairs on the ceiling of the bathroom, could you please take care of that? Thank you..." When we returned the note and tip were gone but the hairs on the ceiling remained. I thought it was rude to take a tip and not clean up the hairs on the ceiling. The bathroom was tiny. It wouldn't take long to see them if you looked up. That was my biggest turn off, but maybe the maid couldn't read english?

Cons: The only parking was valet and the pool closed early on weekdays. Bathroom could definitely stand to be updated but was incredibly clean.

Cons: The room smelled like mildew and dust. The bed was horribly pitted from years of bodies on each side. The sheets and pillows smelled like they were stuffed damp into a closet for the day then dried and put on the bed. The carpet was red at one point. Its brown and very dingy now. I wouldn't walk around without socks.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect!

Cons: If you want to use wi-fi you need to pay about daily passing. I didn't feel uncomfortable about it.

Cons: We had to move into a 2nd room because the air conditioner wasn't working in the 1st. There was a $9.95 charge for the WIFI connection. The continental breakfast charge was too much ($19.00).

Cons: Lack of electronic plugs

Cons: Good spot and facilities. A little chaotic for dinner

Cons: I didn't enjoy that I had to pay for parking when I'm already staying at the hotel and paying for the room it's bullshit my bank account is now over drafted 100 dollars because of this

Cons: Parking is outrageous, additional tax and no free wi-fi. Ridiculous!

Cons: There was no late night snack bar.

Cons: $28/day parking fees! This was not mentioned at time of booking. Reserved two rooms with two double beds in each, as our party consisted of two families of four. Was given two rooms with 1 king bed in each. Staff was rude and seemed annoyed that the reservations were booked via 3rd party. Rooms were on the small side and out dated. Very small pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet is $24 for those interested.

Cons: Terrible pickup service at the airport. We waited a half hour for the shuttle, and finally I had to call the hotel to request a pickup. The other hotel shuttles passed by every 10-15 minutes.

Cons: All in all it was good but maybe needs to be updated because my room had a popcorn ceiling.

Cons: Wish there were more smaller towels in the room for washing face, drying hands, to put on floor after shower, etc. Some facilities and amenities not open or fully functional yet (but should be soon), wish locks for hostel room lockers were provided, instead of charged for.

Cons: - staff could care less about service - rooms are soooooo tiny - you hear everything from slamming doors to talking in other rooms - it's a hostel as well with shared rooms on every floor - people can smoke inside the rooms so it smells - security is not there abs bums get into the hotel - elevators don't work - had to take the stairs almost every time - didn't feel safe in the neighborhood - save your money and do not stay here. I wish I didn't.

Cons: The beds and the room. The bunk beds were soo small so it was hard to get comfy. I was on a small vacation so I didn't like the space. Since there hardly was any.

Cons: Had to wait at airport for 35 minutes for shuttle to pick me up. Unacceptable!!

Cons: I like the enthusiasm of the hotel and the safety,I move from ventana hollywood hotel to marriott because my rental car were vandalized and they should told me about the safety,but they didn't.I regrets my stay there and I have 3 rooms for 319$ plus taxes each room.At Mariott the prices is cheaper 100$ less.

Cons: Paperwork stated there would be no room service or cleaning services and they were in our room when we came back.

Cons: Parking attendants were very helpful and nice as well but the hotels policy regarding parking is very steep. The rates are extremely high and should at the very least offer in and out privileges
