The car was a bit dirty outside on pick up. Friendly pick up staff. Macaulay and Luis were very nice. Not an easy return. No one to receive your car in the lot. If associates have customers , one has to wait. No drop off box.

I never rented from Sixt before and was apprehensive, especially reading some of the bad reviews. I must say, however, that my experience at the 4332 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach location was nothing but very positive. Maybe it was just good luck that when I arrived on a Monday morning at 11am there was nobody there and I was able to go right to the counter and talk to a representative. There were 4 counters staffed by 3 people. The rental transaction went smoothly, no pressure or upselling, and I was out and on my way shortly with the intermediate car I reserved. When I returned it one week later, also on a Monday about 11am, there was a line of people waiting to see a representative but I was able to just walk up to someone at the counter and return the key no problem. I received email confirmation a bit later. The location is across the street from a Miami Beach Trolley stop so getting there and leaving is easy. I don't usually write reviews but feel this Sixt location deserves credit for efficiently handling my rental and on that basis can recommend it.

Cons:

After having a reservation and waited in line for an hour the guy from the rental came and told that the didn’t have any more cars. So whats the point on making a reservation if they are not enough organized to know how many cars they have available. Worst experience ever

Rented in Miami Beach. I don’t like the fact cars are not full of gas when rented out. We only had a 1/4 tank and had to find a gas station early on in the trip versus having it full at the start and then leaving it full

The lady at Enterprise was so nice and helpful. I just wish on our return they would have called me back letting me know that they never received cars on the lot. I had to rebook with a different provider at the Key West Airport.

They didn’t even have my car. I made reservations on 2 enterprise places and none of them helped me. The service it’s terrible and I would never recommend. Waste of my time going there on a first place. But for the future I know. I will never ever rent from them

I received a conformation and show up to the rental with no cars available I lost 2 hours plus Uber rides because of that. I also paid for insurance that charged me so now I have to go through that process.

Nothing, I reserved a car days in advance and the location was not able to offer me a rental car. The line to get to the window was 4 hours long. Complete disorganization.

Cons:

I made a reservation for 1pm in Miami Beach at 4332 Collins Ave. I arrived at Alamo at 1pm. There was a line of 100 people and only 2 people working for Alamo. I waited for almost 2.5 hours and finally got my car at 3:27pm. You owe me for 2.5 hours that I paid for but didn’t use plus wasting 2.5 hours of my life.
