Pros:Honestly, nothing.Cons:Sixt refused to honor my rental. After waiting for some time for a shuttle I called to confirm they would be coming to pickup. They stated it had recently left and would pick me up in 15 minutes. 4-10 minutes later they called me back to say my rental was no longer available and I was out of luck.Reviewed 2019 Aug 19

Pros:While rental been made with Sixt, car was provided by East Coast Car Rental. Pick up at airport by their shuttle has been fast & convenient, but you need to call for it upon arrival. Beware to their somewhat reduced business hours to make sure it suits your needs and flight schedule. Wait was minimal at counter since we were the only customers then. Car was clean & in perfect mechanical condition. Rates were much lower than with Avis or similar, so it was a good deal considering price/quality.Cons:From information gathered on Sixt website, we were expecting newer car as they mention theirs to be like 3-6 months old on average. Ours was more like 3-4 years old and 98K. Nevertheless its been in perfect mechanical condition, so despite that point, I don't hesitate to recommend.Reviewed 2018 Nov 20

Great car rental at lower price. Highly recommended!!Pros:Hussle free booking. Pay at arrival and insurance from $17 for one day. Good customer service and a brand new car. Thanks for giving a peace of mind while driving.Reviewed 2018 Apr 30

Terrible Service - never againCons:Had a one day rental with pickup scheduled at 10:00pm. Our flight was delayed 20 mins and we landed around 10:20. I turn on my phone after we land and had 3 voicemails from a number that iPhone read as from Turks and Caicos, left by EZ rentals (not Sixt). They explained they closed at 10pm and we would be able to pick up the car the next morning at 7am. We will never use this company again.Reviewed 2017 Oct 15
