good service from crew. Before the would have an option between cookies or nuts as snacks.. Now, there are only cookies. too bad. People who can not have sugar don't have a choice.

I would not fly with BA again. Packed in like sardines, constant request to turn down air conditioning due to freezing cold for hours and the food was pretty to look at but tasteless!
Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate
Why no entertainment? Also water should be free, it is basic human right.
The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

Premium economy class is pathetic. Rubbed shoulders with passenger next to me all flight. Only about 20 passengers in that class but they ran out of one food option shortly after started serving the main meal. Flight attendant was curt and acted annoyed when asked any questions.
All went smoothly, no problems; friendly crew. I would have appreciated a head pillow ;)
Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .
Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.
Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.
Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.
Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.
I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!
Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.
Great experience, I just wish airline seats were more comfortable in general.
Onboarding process and crew was excellent and efficient, Information display was great. Keep on the good work and same standard. Nothing to change.
Flights from MADRID to CARACAS and back Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!
