We were directed to the special F gate, where we had to stand in the freezing rain in front of a locked door without any explanation. This is after already packing our jackets in. Then we got screened and just as randomly told to go to the main terminal, where we got screened a second time, just as stringently (pulling everything out, padding down the kids). No explanations whatsoever, the craziest experience, completely messed our plans to get a bite up, I wish we were given some information ahead of time that we are going to be sitting in a single room zone. The flight was ok, but hellishly hot all the way."

Cons: "LH flight from Seattle was late, and I barely made it to the LH connecting flight to TA. Landed in Tel Aviv, but my one bag didn't arrive with me. Looked for the Lufthansa desk, but there is no such thing. They have farmed out the task of dealing with lost luggage and masses of confused to irate people to another firm. There were approx 40 people trying to get some information from 4 ladies, one of whom was new. They were unable to deal with many reports at a time. How about take a number and we'll call you up in turn? Instead it was like a push and shove pressure cooker just to find out the status of said missing bag and make a report. I was dealt with last. At this time, I was exhausted and angry. The ladies were very good and very kind. They informed my ride of the delay, and told me that the lost bag would come on the next flight. They took me out of the area to get a drink and a bite to eat. We waited. It came. We drove to my destination a few hours away. Never have I had to deal with such a time consuming shambles to find out the bare minimum of information. I finished the trip and will never fly with Lufthansa again."
Cons: "To Whom It May Concern, My name is Eliezer Korbman. I was a passenger on LH403 with service to Frankfurt, Germany. Upon reaching cruising altitude and prior to dinner service, a Lufthansa stewardess reached across my midsection, activated the reclining mechanism and forcefully returned my seat to its upright position - waking me up to eat. (You may conduct your own investigation, but there was no prior announcement.) I politely declined, but was later denied dinner and breakfast. To clarify, I was unable to eat or sleep. This is utterly disgusting service. I am incredibly disappointed in Lufthansa for the way that I was treated aboard LH403. Unless I can be persuaded otherwise, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Garbage service! Shame on you Lufthansa!"

The staff sat in the back gossiping the entire time and looked offended every time I came to ask a question or ask for something - they would get silent and just sit there, like I was interrupting an important conversation and so I even offered to get my own stuff. Ridiculous! What happened to customer service? The food is HORRIBLE! Worst food I have ever had on a flight, and I flew to 8 countries this last year, so that says a lot. I'd recommend only eating food you bring, or just starving yourself."

I could actually use my notebook on the tray stand. I was traveling on the same plane with my wife but we could only get separate seats. I decided to ask before boarding if they could put us together for such a long flight and they took my boarding pass and actually tried. The lady I checked in with was extremely gracious. She passed our info along to the head attendant on the flight who came and found us and told us she had found seats together. We had already done some seat switching with the kind people around us and managed to get together. The head attendant was happy for us."
Cons: "Long flight, when we got close to Tel Aviv, a guy attendant who wasn't on my side yelled at me from the other ailse and scolded me for not being locked in 30 minutes ahead of time and threatened to write me up. He was red faced. The head flight attendant made a call over the intercom, I jumped up and started stowing my computer and he comes by 30 seconds later and literally yelled across the plane. He must have had to clean a bathroom up that someone let loose in. I looked on the flight time register on the screen when I was locked in and we were 35 minutes out. Not quite a rule breaker was I."

I am under 5'5" and on the small side, and I could barely fit in my seat. I will think twice before flying Air Canada again, and I will tell other people about my experience."

The service was absolutely terrible, check-in had a line that wrapped around the corner, that took about an hour and a half, boarding began late, our plane was scheduled to depart at 5:10 we didn’t depart till 5:50. The service on the plane was absolutely terrible as well. They had no cabin wifi as advertised, no amenities as in drinks or food/snacks. Only to buy, for a 9 hour international flight! I don’t know how or why American Airlines chose to be partnered with this airline. Wouldn’t it make sense to partner with airlines that provide the same care for their customers/guest? Never again.

The check in was very long, total chaos at Madrid airport.
Booked flight on Iberia.com. There was no way to contact them to make a desired date change. Nobody answers the phone and social media refers you to phone channels. Vueling refused to help and referred us back to Iberia who doesn’t answer the phone.
Well many things could have been better. I bought business class ticket. There was no lounge at airport. At least they could have provided us vouchers for a good restaurant to rest, eat, charge our phones etc... The seats were so uncomfortable. They dont recline and i booked business especially for comfort due to back pain. There was no entertainment at all. In our time this is really poor. I liked the food. Crew was super nice.

The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. Do you know what it's like to have an unwanted man's private area in your face for several minutes while he holds a conversation, though you ask him to move, but he continues? It's disrespectful. Then when boarding, they opened the front and back doors, so people were coming in both ways. People in seat 7A were coming from the back to the front and people in 23C were coming from the front to the back. Literally a handful of people on this flight had consideration for others and let them pass. Others were just shoving their way through, or exhaustively waiting for someone to finally stop talking and get in their seat, so they could pass. It was a nightmare. And still, the crew did nothing."

Cons: "the last truck (madrid - tel aviv) was not with the same airbus that the 3 others (tel aviv - madrid / madrid - buenos aires / buenos aires madrid)... it was like flying in low cost with food (even the chair could not go backwards...very bad the last one"

Cons: "The entertainment cost money for the flight and the transfer procedure for luggage in Boston was unclear and poorly organized. One of our bags was lost."

Cons: "We started to board on time and after group 1 boarded, they said they pulled the crew for a different flight and we needed to wait til 1:30 AM ( 2.5 hours delay) to board. Then 30 minutes later they called us back after finding another crew. It was very chaotic and made not sense"

Pros: "I was hesitant to travel with united but my flight was very comfortable and the 10 hour flight felt like 3. Smooth ride and landing. Thumps up to the captin I had a very good experience from the time I checked in in Ranold Regen till I arrived Tel Aviv"

Cons: "Flight was late close to one hour because of catering. No prior notices - we were left to stand for more than an hour in front of gate. Surely and nasty elderly citizens made up the flight crew including pilots. About the same service you get from a Siberian gulag prison guard. No communications from pilots. Despite delays and turbulence we were kept in the dark."
Cons: "United organized boarding by zones (1, 2, 3, 4) where 1 is in the front of the aircraft (business) and 4 is at the back. While I appreciate that business travelers should have priority boarding, the order of coach is from front to back. It would be beneficial to begin coach boarding from the back to the front to reduce the traffic on the aisles."

Cons: "The plane was having some air conditioner issues but the flight crew informed every one of the problem and what they were doing to fix it. They also came around with water very quickly for everyone to help cool them down. It was either push forward and wait for it to cool down once we got in the air or change planes, I was totally ok with how they handled it."
