Charging $300 to be able to pick a seat next to your wife was nothing less than extortion.

Sub par plane for an international flight. My seat was so cramped even after I paid for more legroom. i was basically in the aisle with everyone banging into me the whole time. Will not book again unless I have no other choice.

A bit noisy. The seat was suboptimal and there was too much noise in the service area. Some if the crew members were less than nice; others were great.

It was excellent and we will use in the future

Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

My flight with I berira was okay byt the lost my bags I still dont have them also the transit flight was so no comfortable so I dont think will go with them throught and transit flight again

Tampa to Charlotte - very upset that the orig flight from Tampa to Charlotte was delayed because they couldn’t refuel properly so we missed our connection. Not at all happy about how American handled it. Very inadequate amount for meals ($12 per person for a meal???) and the guy (Kelvin) acted as though he was doing us a favor providing extra vouchers for breakfast when, in reality, he simply duplicated the dinner ones so we would be on our way - very dishonest and poor customer service. (By the way, his gum chewing and body language was very rude) We arrived our final destination more than 24 hours later. Very bad business. Charlotte to Madrid - although the flight we finally got on was 24 hours later than scheduled, the actual flight was comfortable and pleasant. The movie choices could have been better. Madrid to Sevilla - The food was good but basically thrown at you with a don’t bother me attitude. The plane itself was quite dirty!

Shame on this company More than 5 hours delay and what a mess Business class with zero service - no pillows, no blankets, no drinks Economy class with no reserved seats- people were mad
