Cons: "luggage did not make connecting flight from dubai to jfk, inspite of pilot telling us 1 hour or so delay was waiting for luggage. at jfk was told can get same night if want to. this proved futile . spent hours at JFk waiting and talking to Emirates. spoke with multiple agents including Luz, sarah, etc. finally around 12 midnight was told customs would not release till next day. but promised to get it to us by 12noon next day (flying to wyoming next day at 330 pm) . this did not happen. again multiple phone calls and promises , failed. Kiamaria even got text of address in WY where 2 suitcases should have gone. All 4 suitcases were sent to NJ and arrived at 9pm. more phone calls. this time Rachel helped with fedex labels unfortunately more problems as fedex said no barcode and we had to go to fedex office and finally they took care of it so many hours wasted, not to mention the anxiety and frustratioon How are you going to reimburse all this ????"

In addition, they assured me an aisle seat in the connecting flight, which was not the case, it was a middle seat. I felt cheated by the desk crew in Berlin."

Cons: "The first drink service after offering juice/water needs to be better. They put up bottles but do not go to customers checking for drinks. Due to delay in takeoff we were sitting on tarmac for 40 mins. I saw people being served but several people did not. Should make the process more formal. Also serving nuts or pretzels to go with the first drink would be nice."

The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.

Cons: "I arrived early per their suggestion and was one of the first few people in line for baggage check in. I was told boarding passes were not free, they charge a fee but she would not do it right there. She sent me off to another window to pay, then I had to come back to this window to get my boarding pass, which had a huge line by that time. It cost me an extra 68.20€ and another 31€ for a checked bag. Definitely NOT the low cost airline they claim to be! The flight may be reasonable but they get you with ridiculous fees. I will never take Ryan Air again- they are crooks! Once they’ve sold you a ticket you are stuck having to pay the fees. It’s cagey business practices."
