The flight was delayed in Jhb and I could have had some help in Dubai trying to get to my connecting flight to London
I booked the air tickets through Kayak for traveling to India. I wasn't sure how to tackle the ticket booking process but it was so much easy with the Kayak , Surprisingly I even found the Indian branch of Kayak which I used for the domestic travel. All in all , it's most convenient site to use here as well as abroad. I will definitely use Kayak for my future travels.
Pros: "Seating was comfortable and crew was amazing."
Cons: "Food food food. Things have gotten from average to worse in recent times. Specially Travelling from United States out to Dubai."

Cons: "The transfer in Dubai was to be made in 75 minutes to another terminal where the inter-terminal bus only comes every 40 minutes. Almost lost my connecting flight. Also, the seat on the FRA - YYZ leg was 23A. Couldn’t be reclined and had no leg space. Painful!"

Cons: "Flight attendants were rude and made you feel that you were bothering them. Beverage offered twice in 15 1/2 hours. Beverages when available if you want to ask the flight attendant, but again, they were definitely put out when you asked them. Caroline wasn’t kept clean throughout the 15 1/2 hours- i’m accustomed to light attendance walking through the isles periodically to get customers garbage regular league so that it doesn’t build up."

Pros: "the airline provided good communication to customers regarding potential flight re-scheduling and check-in information. the service was good, with a selection of meals. the onboard flight entertainment was very easy to use and had a large range of contents to view. overall I will fly with Cathay again."

Pros: "Very old plane, seats not updated and not working properly, food was served once on an 8 hour flight, there was turbulance for over 5 hours consistently, and the pilots did nothing to go around it. As a pilot, i can tell you this can be avoided. Some of the crew were not friendly. Old movie library."
Cons: "New and updated plane, especially business class, more trained crew, seats that work and function normally, better and more food, served a light breakfast on an 8 hr flight. Updated movie library."

Cons: "Ground support (desk, etc.) in Istanbul was not convenient - the communications were crossed often, and on a long layover we were told incorrect directions and missed an opportunity to sleep in the airport in their resting room (seems to always be full)."

Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.

Cons: "Both times into Rome we had to wait on the tarmac for stairs. Either get more stairs or book fewer flights. The planes get hot in July while you wait endlessly on stairs."

Cons: "The problem with random seat allocation is if you pay to sit somewhere then that should be fine, no. Today I was constantly asked if I wouldn’t mind swapping seats so the passenger could be closer to their partner which is always going to be an inferior seat or worse sat in the middle seat. Their random seat allocation therefore can inconvenience seat paying passengers not a quality experience."

Cons: "Non stop talking regarding selling you food and drinks. Then perfume and jewelry, then scratch off tickets. Then donate to a kids charity. No magazine in my seat to see what food or drink options they had . No seats even had a space for a mag or your iPad. Seat pretty uncomfortable."
Pros: "Cabin crew very good, lovely flights out and back but food sparse. Lots in the in flight magazine but seemingly little on board. I was v hungry!! Mr O'Leary, love the cheap flights and booking system fine but you could make more money from better food options. Pity."

The boarding took so long - we were towards the end of the queue but still had to wait a long time for the dooors to close - not very ryanair as they usually have all of us waiting to get on the plane. This was especially weird as the plane was quite empty Might need to lower the up selling - the flying time was 55 mins approx and the poor cabin crew were wheeling the cart about 3 minutes after take off with the plane still climbing quite steeply. The crew are trying to sell the same as a 3 hour ryanair flight - hot food, snacks, drinks, scratch cards, and the perfumes"
Cons: "Flight was delayed and they were not communicating with the passengers. They had us standing for an hour without letting us know they flight was delayed and you can’t find information online. Also it seems their goal was to charge everyone for luggage and the overhead compartments were pretty empty."
