NO HELP FINDING PROPER CHECK-IN LINE; STAFF PERSON WE FOUND WITHIUT ANY SIGN WAS ACCOMADATING
Lounge poor. Food poor. Airline service just ok. Business class seat not comfortable.
The flight was generally comfortable. However, it was the smallest bathroom on a plane that I have ever seen.
Business class seats were harder than expected, and lie flat we're not very comfortable. Less expensive than other business class flights, and much better than flying economy. The crew was excellent, as was the food.
Boarding was slow and getting off the plane took a long time. The crew did not have enough water for the trip.
Boarding was a bit chaotic, planes were on the oldish side. Otherwise, very nice flight. Would fly them again.
food was terrible on the plane, bring your own food, its not worth eating.
Turkey slices for breakfast. What happened to eggs, bacon, and sausage? The TV shows could’ve been more comprehensive as well as the movies.
No onboard entertainment or food, but that was okay because it was a short flight. Pretty much everyone just slept on the plane. The plane was comfortable enough.
Great staff who were ready working with smile 6 in the morning on New Year’s Day. Although security checkpoint was way too busy, the airline staff were understanding and waited few minutes after boarding. We took off not only exactly on time, but arrived 20 minutes early. Two thumbs up!!!
I had paid for an emergency exit on my flight from Tel Aviv to Frankfurt. After arriving at the desk to drop off my bag, I was told by the Lufthansa employee how my seats were so great. Then asked me if I was ok sitting by the emergency exit. And I replied "of course, that is why I paid the extra fee for the seat". After going through security I received a text message stating that my seat had been changed to 38A which is at the back of the plane. For no reason, I had lost my seat, and the money I paid for it. As I arrived at the gate, just a few minutes after receiving the text, I approached the airline personnel and was told there was nothing she can do because my seat had already been assigned to someone else and to write a complaint to the airline and ask for a refund. I told her this was unfair and did not solve the problem. I am a tall guy and the other seat was very uncomfortable, I had made sure to book on time, reserve the seat I wanted and pay on time. This was unacceptable.
When our flight was canceled and rebooked, my husband's meal request was not transfered. As a result, there was nothing he could eat for dinner and breakfast on the new flight, save a side salad and roll.
Flying business class but the experience is of economy class

I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive
Before the flight I received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we found our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly by the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were quite disappointed!
Poor communication from airline, didn't start boarding until 15 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air and there was no communication from anyone about a delay except the screens showing we were "on-time" and already "boarding" which finally updated 5 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air to "delayed".
Prompt boarding, safe landing and they didn't lose our luggage. No entertainment and no USB plugs to charge phones. No food, though I might have been asleep.
I was served cheese that had mold on it. I brought this to the flight attendants attention and she informed her supervisor. They were apologetic and offered me a replacement, but I think that is extremely insufficient compensation given I ate bad cheese causing food poisoning for my birthday vacation. Both me and the flight attendants photographed the cheese, and I was told they’ll “put in a ticket” to ensure it doesn’t happen to someone else…….
Plane was very delayed. US agents unhelpful in connection flt and in seating. No real info given on delay.
