Cons: "Always delay. Lack of ability to speak english. Treating customer differently. 3/4 of my flights had delays. Unconfortable leather seats. 1-800 and IVR has issues and ppl behind the phone dont speak english. Thr rep. In moscow couldnt peint my destination itenary. Just unorganize. I will try not to use this airline again."

Cons: "There was a family with 11 children on my flight. For some reason they didn't all have seats together, and as there was an entire empty row (in the same economy class as their original seats) the mom of the family took the liberty of sitting in it with her and her small children. The crew was extremely rude about this and demanded they move, even as the mother was almost in tears explaining how her 3 year old and 5 year old cannot sit alone. I was highly disappointed in above crew members."
Pros: "The comfort in business class is wonderful, plenty of room, pretty good food, and an overall pleasant experience."
Cons: "To say I didn't like the crew would be in accurate. I did like them, though there was a feeling warmth and welcoming that was missing from their demeanor. It may be cultural. While the food was pretty good, there's room for improvement."

Pros: "From check in at Kennedy to our arrival at Ben Gurion The entire experience was excellent. Flight was friendly and very helpful. The equipment was well maintained and clean. The kosher food was amazing! The airport in Baku was amazing!"

They let us wait two hours for luggage before telling us it wasn't going to make it in. Frustrated and disappointed! Ground security in Turkey was rude and took my sons skate board which we had flown to Israel with and back to turkey, then they told us it couldn't come with us to miami although we flew Turkish both directions with no problem. In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"

Filed a report at Frankfurt Airport but it was filled with all my essentials and some valuables and the airport staff didnt seem to concerned in helping me.... To clarify, my experience through Kayak has been fine! However this whole ordeal has left a very sour taste in my mouth...i still dont have my luggage. Cons: "Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again."

Cons: "The flights was considerably delayed, due to Lufthansa's operation issues. Information provided at the terminal was nearly non existent and the posted information on the extent of the delay was inaccurate and not updated. All in all, not effective and non communicative handling."

Cons: "When we got off the plane in Frankfurt, they put us in shuttle buses to take us to the terminal. My wife and I got separated and were on different buses. The two buses took us to different terminals, despite airport staff assuring us that there was only one drop-off point for the shuttles. If there was a sign saying which terminal the shuttle was going to, it was not clear."

- Plane wa 4 hours late - Staff were nowhere to be seen on the entire trip - Passengers kept cutting across exit row to use the bathroom. Staff refused to help. I Constantly had people stepping on my feet and waking me up. (I have a foot injury and this was extremely painful)
The space between seats is too tight, the entertainment didn’t work, no complementary drinks or food is offered.
Shame on this company More than 5 hours delay and what a mess Business class with zero service - no pillows, no blankets, no drinks Economy class with no reserved seats- people were mad

Lied to and delayed - then staff ran out of flying hours. Lost 24 hours of our short holiday. Absolute shambles at the airport - No Wizz Air staff to support us.
Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other
The flight was on time which is great, considering the prices, wizz air is a very convenient airlines
I had a connecting flight from Abu Dhabi to Lahore , I had the boarding pass but stupid lady at the gate said I need visa , I tried to explain to her that to pass through the transit at Abu Dhabi , no one needs a visa , she said okay I will see and then she just kept us waiting and didn't let us board, cost me 780usd for 2 flights, will never buy wizz air again
