On both legs of my trips (Jhb - Dxb and Dxb - Jhb) the entertainment system did not work.

We purchased extra legroom seats for both legs of flight through budget air. Seats were not honored by emirates. Had to spend frustrating hour to get seats we paid for on first leg to Dubai. Second leg to Jakarta were denied and had to sit in middle seat. Had to spend hour on phone yesterday to try to get refund. We’re told needed to send copies of boarding passes of which already threw away first leg boarding pass. Very very frustrating. This happened as well one year ago with emirates.

Cons: "Only one person in the three row and that was really great flight"
Pros: "Some crew members are not helpful with simple requests, not even an update about the request from multiple employees. Used to consider Emirates the best in hospitality. Food was awful on some parts of the journey."

Everything went smooth. All flights were on time No changing gates, . No changing flights . It was like a completely different airlines tha n the last time I used Cathay Pacific . The last flight, 2 months ago, I had before this one was from Philippines also . I got changed in Manila and was told it only added 2 hours onto my flight . My 20 hour return trip ended up being 30 hours return with a 10.0 hour layover in New York with no seats anywhere . Everyone was sleeping or sitting on the floor . Unlike the hotel I was given in Manila to wait for this flight home . I never thought I would use Cathay Pacific again . But I did and this time you were great! I should have complained about the flight and layover from Hell a couple months ago. Consider that I am complaining about that august/23 flight now . Thank you got the great flying experience on my way home from philippines .

I traveled to Singapore for 5 days, I didn’t receive my luggage until the 3rd day. When I received my luggage was broken which they fixed it supposedly. I never had such a poor experience with the any other airline. I honestly think it should be a compensation for all of my losses and suffering that I went through.

Cons: "We sat in the bulk head economy seats for the extra leg room, but instead it was used as a pass through for the flight attendants and for other passengers. This was an older plane and there wasn’t an aisle cross over, very annoying! The chicken pie was scorching hot and no serving utensils."

On the flight back the seats where very uncomfortable, they where so bad that my back started to hurt after the first 2 hours. I can sit in a wooden chair for 2 hours. But these where just horrible, it just shows how cheap the airline has become. And the cabin was heated all those people in a heated cabin during a night flight. It was clear the climate control was not working. To top that off you are not even offered a glass of water, these people are animals.

We purchased a Go First Pass for 10 Euros each so we could board first, but everyone was able to board at the same time so we wasted 20 Euros. The flight left ab out 15 minutes late and was not allowed to land at Healthrow so we had to circle Heathrow for about 45 minutes. This caused us to almost miss our flight from Heathrow to Atlanta.

Severely delayed with no notice. Could have arrived at the airport hours later had we been informed of the delay

Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.

It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.

Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.

The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.

Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞

Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.

The steward acted impolitely to one of the passengers. Rayanair has to solve the issue of accompanied luggage. It is not logical or fair that someone sitting in the front seats(and he paid for that seat) to store his case in the backseat because a passenger in the backseat stored his luggage in the front !!

Cons: "What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island."

Food too spicy for non Indians. Not enough food options were available for the passengers sitting towards the end. They should rotate serving people from the back as well not always from the front. My TV and most of theTVs not working. For long flight its very important to fix the TVs. Seats were broken and dirty. Tray tables were wobbly. Foot rest didn’t stay in place.

Checking weight of personnel bags aren't good. I have never seen checking personnel bags weight and giving hard time to travelers. As per rule you check only Check in and carry on bag weight. Many people were upset and regretting to book Air India. Thanks

Both times tv is not working and food is very bad

As usual Air India flight is very good but long journey with no media entertainment. Bring your own arrengment.

Cons: "Upon arrival was told that pcr test is required. Airline did not communicate this in time to me. Asked air india staff to change/rebook ticket. They told me that i have to do it online. I went online there was no option to rebook. Sent an e-mail with booking ref for date change agreeing to even pay fare difference, no reply received from Air India. Pathetic service"

Or, actually, they will disrespect you and willfully make things harder for you if you complain or try to rectify the situation. Staff are disinvested and management are incompetent. Avoid Air India if at all possible."
