Pros: "Most of the crew was great with the exception of curbside check-in in Denver."
Cons: "Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips."
Cons: "We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!"
Pros: "Flight attendant coughed in my face twice without covering her mouth while I was seated and she was passing out drinks and snacks"
Pros: "Nobody was amazing. First Class Crew didn’t really care and there were only 6 of us up there."
Cons: "I was offered one during. They didn’t have spicy Bloody Mary mix. Tired to pass off a drink with plain tomato juice which was horrible. When my wife sent it back they didn’t offer her anything else."
Cons: "They left without us. They could have waited a few minutes knowing we were on a delayed flight but didn't. They actually left early."
Pros: "There was plenty of space under the seat in front of me for my personal items."
Cons: "There was an issue with a part on the plane so the flight was delayed so it could get fixed before takeoff. That is not a big deal, I'd rather it be safe than on time. But the way crew and staff handled it was pretty unprofessional. No one seemed to know what was going on or what to do."
Pros: "Excellent flight - smooth, comfortable seats (exit row with lots of leg room), in-flight entertainment was great, snacks and drinks served when I needed. Got to Cincinnati earlier than expected. Couldn't have gone better really."
Cons: "I will say the flight to Orlando including an upcharge of $100 for a bag that was 10lbs overweight. I was INCREDIBLY frustrated at the crazy price. I understand fees would apply to overweight bags but $100???? Kind of ridiculous"

Cons: "Tried to get comfort seats but sold out way ahead. Long trip for not much leg room."
Pros: "Yes, everything was comfortable and the individual screens with current movies kept the kids occupied with minimal interruptions!"
Cons: "Honestly, while it would always be nice to have a little more leg room. I would like to fly a little more conveniently though as the back of the legs near the knees always gets pressure and cause swelling. Some form of foot rest with a stand might alleviate some of the pressure and ankle swelling."
Worst experience ever. My carry on was checked in and I had to carry all my electronics (laptop, etc) as if I was lost. No food. No proper AC. It was clearly stated that I have a carry on that I could bring with me and I wasn't allowed a carry on upon boarding. I flew many airlines (International and domestic airlines) and this by far is the worst experience I've had.
Check in was horrible in Miami. The woman was rude and not helpful with the questions. There was nothing to like at the check in and there were really slow even for First class passenger like me.

Pros: "They did the best they could but my overall experience was poor. It seems when I fly with AA either I miss my connecting flight, the airplane is broken, we deplane then the flight gets canceled, I’m rebooked then that flight is delayed and then eventually cancelled."
Cons: "Need newer planes, better scheduling of flights, flight attendants seem tired or overwhelmed/worked/unhappy."

Cons: "Boarding and deboarding takes too long. If you H‑E‑B a full flight in Covid, social distancing is a joke while deboarding the plane. It was a waste of time."

Cons: "Opportunity to buy food on a 3.5 hour flight. Pretzels just doesn’t cut it on a ‘dinner time’ flight."
Pros: "American Airlines seemed to have upgraded their airplanes. The seats, which were abominable in the past, were comfortable. They also had in cabin movies. I used to prefer Jet Blue or any other airline, just taking AA for the price. Now, if all the airplanes are updated, they are on par with any airline."

Cons: "The new controls built into the armrests are HORRIBLE! You accidentally hit a button constantly because ITS AN ARM REST! Get the engineers building something to cover it up. We landed early and I was so excited to get a jump home. I then waited for 35 mins for my bags to appear on the conveyor AFTER walking all the way to the baggage claim from the gate. I arrived home later than I expected.....This is not the first time that the United baggage was so slow. This needs to be an improvement area."
Cons: "So it was annoying that the seat that was assigned to me..airline assigned that seat to someone else because that person asked for it. And nobody bothered to ask me( no email or call or anything) even though there were lot of empty seats. But the passenger was polite he moved to his original seat."

Cons: "United lies about baggage fees. When booking off of kayak, they charge to assign a seat and they charge to carry on or check your baggage. BAIT and SWITCH."

Cons: "Plane was way late, several gate changes had me chasing my tail in Chicago...and that is not a friendly airport for incoming international flights on a good day."

Cons: "Buying the cheapest flight only to find I can't check in online, can't carry on a bag and cannot select or change my seat is hugely disappointing. I know this is largely standard across airlines now, but it is despicable how uncomfortable and painful the process of flying has become when one isn't able to shell out a billion dollars for first class. You all need to get your priorities straight and think about your customers again."

Cons: "Checking in crew were not friendly. Boarding process for IAD->CVG flight was very confusing and staff did not really appear like they wanted to help. Once on the plane, the crew there was excellent. Net - airport staff in Cincinnati and Washington Dulles (not good)."
Cons: "Doesnt make sense to sell tickets with conections so close that there is not enough time for migration issues and all the necessary stuff. I could not take the flight aqnd had to take one the next day."
Pros: "Seat 7 A on this type of aircraft - and United's configuration - had the most leg room and space, esp. when the seat next to you is empty. The flight crew was friendly and great!"
Cons: "Boarding gates/ area in Denver airport for these small aircraft was almost as bad as a bus station! Crowded and most cramped/ uncomfortable. Denver United staff at customer service center was most unhelpful, unsympathetic and dismissive about the fact that in spite of a flight delay that completely their fault (no weather delay), which made me miss the memorial service for my friend's daughter - my main purpose for visiting Cincinnati - they refused to even give me a patient hearing much less consider my request to try and put me on a different flight!"
