Cons: "Horrible boarding and check-in. I fly internationally for business. This by far and away was the worst experience ever. There were 2 parts to our travels. Flight from Dusseldorf to Zurich, then Zurich to Los Angeles. in Dusseldorf, SWISS oversold the plane by 25 passengers. It was unbelievable, SWISS was randomly determining who would not fly and miss their other connecting flights in Zurich. It was by shear luck that we were able to keep our original reservation. SWISS needs to realize that this type of problem is serious. I can't imagine every flying SWISS again."

Cons: "I do not understand why arriving to checkin with 90 min, on a DIRECT flight, in business class they can decide to not lead luggage at ZRH. We had to wait for all luggage to come out, then go to lost and found, what is more puzzling is that then they tell you the luggage will be loaded on next flight, arrive at night, but will not deliver it until after 3PM on next day. This is flying business class. Swiss begins to feel like a low cost"

Cons: "Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

AA is getting worse each month. The rank and file staff and cabin crews are down-right nasty and rude. They need to stop worrying about curing all of society's ills and get back to flying planes and doing it with a smile.

Cons: "There was a barking dog on the flight that was very high pitched. The stewardess was not polite, kept repeating herself and her voice was like the teacher you never wanted to have. The WiFi did not work. We had to wait for a gate approximately 30 minutes when we reached DFW."

We were diverted to Newfoundland to refuel (after spending 3 hours sitting on the tarmac while the captain arranged to redirect). THEN... the flight crew had been working too long and they had to send another crew which took 4 extra hours. 17 hours from Lisbon to Newark is unacceptable! It could have all been avoided with a larger plane."

United didn’t want to help because only one of the flights was really theirs. Same with Swiss Air. It was a terrible beginning to my trip. I lost money on shuttle fair since I never went to Minneapolis, too."
