I have to wait for plane in Denver for three hours. I don’t receive my luggage in Denver. I come back home without the luggage and I wait till next day to see my luggage again. Not really good experience with United airlines. I’m sorry to say that.
Boarding was terrible. My wife uses a wheel chair and she was in an incredibly hot closed metal cargo box for close to 20 minutes before getting on board
Hated every minute of it. This flight should have only taken 1.5hrs but was delayed over 10hours. Now I am being told I cannot be compensated or refunded my ticket price or extra leg room, which I purchased but did not receive, because the airline is throwing the blame on the 3rd party I purchased tickets through and 3rd party putting the blame on airline. No one wants to help. They received their money and that's all they care about. Im going on 3 days of still trying to get to my final destination, had to cancel car rental, car insurance and hotel. Currently staying in airport until hotels open up. Thank you Lufthansa, Kayak, Underpricer and United for making this trip the worst ever.
the head jack on my seat didn't work and the power outlet didn't work for my seat
The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.
Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

It was ok until we got to DC and I wanted to use my United Club pass and the snobbish receptionist said that they don’t take one pass. It took me everything itch of patience not to tell her off
Terrible food and over experience Flight was very rocky a lot of people vomiting
Good seats. Average to poor lunch. The snacks before landing was worse. Great crew.
I never took the flight. I bought the ticket in Kayak by mistake, right away, within the first 10 minutes I realized it and check to cancel. Kayak did not let me and sent me to Iberia saying, in order to cancel or change, you have to call the airline, which I did. Iberia ditched me off saying, you have to talk to whoever you bought it from, Kayak. so you 2 were passing the ball to each other. So I called my credit company, cancelled the transaction, and I swore never ever to use either Kayak or Iberia and I did, I flew with Air France and Delta to all over Europe, thank you and take me out of your subscription.
The seats were comfortable. The food was pleasing. The movie choices were great. The crew was kind and professional.
Passengers were taken to the aircraft by bus. But they kept people standing back to back in the small no AC, no restrooms, no chairs area for 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle bus. No information was provided to the passengers, no help or service was offered during this incident
Random seats assignment is weird, family of 2 people was seated apart while there were seats available. Does not make any sense
Since our connecting American Airlines flight was delayed we missed our originally scheduled flight. That meant there were no business class seats available, so we got the last two premium economy seats on the next day’s flight.
For the most part, the staff was very polite, Besides the lady that was scanning passports and boarding passes from Madrid to Dallas. She was very rude and disrespectful and she’s honestly the main reason why we will not use Iberia again. My husband is a pilot. He said he’s never seen anything like that the way she acted. Our experience of flying premium economy didn’t seem worth price.
As an advantage member I found the experience very positive
Our luggage did not make it with us despite the fact that there was an hour between landing in Madrid (from Granada) and the departure of the plane to Washington DC. We received notifications about this, which is a nice touch, but they were in Spanish and it took us a while to figure out what the message was. Furthermore, the process of filing a report was not intuitive and we have received no e-mail or other form of confirmation that the airline has received our missing luggage reports. Needs improvement!
