Mutiple delays and changes of gate resulting in arrival 5 hours after intended.

Paid seats changed yet again. Put in seats I would never choose. Paid seats that are changed should be refunded. AC constantly does this! .

it was hours late with a fake story about the high wind

Would have preferred a better food menu. Other than that, no complaints.

The staff could not have been any friendlier. Lots of usb ports on our aircraft.

The airplane is way too tight, you can hardly enter into your row to sit.. more like kids seats than adults.

I knew I was going to fall asleep unsettlingly from exhaustion so I warned the guy next to me in advance. The attendant took to checking on me frequently and even insisted I take my snack because I said no while sleep hazed and then absolutely wanted it about 5 minutes later. He was So caring and kind to my situation!!

I had wonderful wheelchair assistance through the Montreal airport onto the flight. Air Canada was excellent in this both at the Fredericton airport and the Montreal one where an attendant helped us through customs as well as transport and baggage security.

The advance business class boarding got us onto the bus to the plane slightly ahead of the economy class but all of us scrambled to climb the stairs onto the plane together. Business class on this flight consisted of only an empty seat between three seats economy style seats. Good thing it was a short 1hr 20 min flight.

Short flight so no food or entertainment. Good landing at SFO and on time. We were told no carryon luggage yet lots of people were puting bags in overhead compartments. The rules need to be made more clear. I was on the first leg of an international flight and this is the first time I could not have carryon luggage.
