Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.

Too many canceled flights and kept my wife and I separated on alternate flights. We did not fly out of Denver. We paid a lot of money for the seats we wanted and now that money is gone and we did not sit together. That being said, the many agents were very friendly and did everything possible to help us.

Terrible! After boarding we were stuck on the plane for 3 hours with no air circulation during a heat wave.

Comfortable and efficient crew. But did not have my ginger ale

Horrible , we missed our flight because they were way to busy for there airport to handle. We waited in line for the over three hours to be told there’s nothing they can do. Worst experience in any airport ever ,staff member from Lufthansa made it there job to be rude and unhelpful. I’m going to be calling to see if I can change flights because a 3 hour layover in a poorly ran airport isn’t enough.

Dinner was okay but the breakfast was not eatable on the flight San Francisco to Zurich.

Standard flight experience, but there is only power at the seat to row 20 on the aircraft, on my initial check in it did not say that was the case

Boarding was terrible. My wife uses a wheel chair and she was in an incredibly hot closed metal cargo box for close to 20 minutes before getting on board

flight delays, staff only communicating when pushed, food service lasting a grand total of 7 minutes, stuck in seat from 45mins into flight until landing

All good except paid for wifi that did not work

Basically a smooth ride to Madrid. There was a little hiccup with boarding but it worked out. Overall great experience!

This flight was rebooked from a missed connection 3 days before due to connecting flight cancelation. We had upgraded on our original flight but were assigned coach seats on this flight. BA could do nothing to upgrade us due to this flight being "overbooked" and "busy". We should have been rebooked in upgraded seats. Now we have to apply for a refund.

Today, this flight was great. It was on time and comfortable unlike the one on Friday July 12th that was canceled after a very long delay at the airport. Our flight to Newcastle 2 weeks previous was also canceled and the one that flew us to Newcastle, the next day, left Heathrow after it should have arrived in Newcastle. We heard of othe cancelations on this route. BA needs to fix/address this unreliable route.

We were delayed for 7hrs. No announcements were made, the lines for checking were out of control. No one knew what was going on. Complete madness

Random seats assignment is weird, family of 2 people was seated apart while there were seats available. Does not make any sense

When I bought the ticket, right away I got a problem, I had to cancel. Unfortunately never ever I will use kayak or Iberia again. When trying to cancel kayak told me to talk directly with the airline, the airline talked to me through whatsap and told me to deal through kayak. Both of u never took responsibility in helping me out. You kayak did not want to deal with me. I called my credit card and now we r disputing the charge bc u have a pathetic customer service.

The main improvement would be better food, although this flight had better food than outgoing flight from JFK to Bilbao.

I forgot to check-in the day in advance that is required for British Airlines so I was very scared that I would not be able to make my flight. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this did not prove to be an issues as the person checking me in at the desk was the sweetest person ever. She helped me get to my flight on time and the crew on the flight were the nicest people I have ever met. Great customer service.
