In-flight service was very good. Plane had spacious overhead bins and incorporated windows with an automatic dimming feature eliminating the need for traditional plastic shades. Boarding was halted and the crew did not communicate a reason. We waited on the gang plank for 30 minutes after showing boarding passes without being given a reason.

Our flight with Neos airlines was great. The price was very reasonable, the staff very professional and accomodating. The flight was comfortable with more leg room than most airlines I have travelled with in the past. The food and service while on board was good. I would travel again to Italy and back with Neos if given the opportunity.

We never got to the flight due to ferry cancelation due to bad weather and could not contact with anyone for support and advice. We'll appreciate your support now in our attempts to get refund

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

On top of the two hours delay in the airport, we needed to go by the bus to the terminal in Athens, Aegean is the aviation of Greece and they whole flight is 50 minutes.

Online booking is poor. Flight crew are excellent. Would use them again.

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
