Pros: "1. I am gold status and I had to wait a lot of time in the line people without gold membership who came 30 minute after me finished checkin before me. 2. The plan didn't have any Entertainment system. 3. I didn't got my food as well."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 1.5 hrs and then completely canceled. They never gave us a reason as to why it as canceled and when they canceled it, they directed the entire group of the people on the plane to 4 different gates before getting a gate agent to tell us that we had to leave the gate and go back to the ticket counter and start over again. The security in Israel is very intense, so this was a big hassle. Then they only had 3-4 gate agents to rebook all 300+ people on the flight so we waited in like for 3 hours."

Pros: "I flew economy class both ways across the Atlantic in Feb and March, 2017. I took 6 Lufthansa flights. The crew is so professional and attentive. They don't skimp on drinks! The seats seem bigger...or maybe it is more leg room than some other airlines. I did not upgrade and was very comfortable."

Finally, they told me the flight was overbooked and that was why I was waiitng. They offered nothing else--as if I had done something wrong (the impression they gave me), rather than Lufthansa. I waited a full 1 1/2 hours. No other explanation. At the very end, when they finally put me on a flight, they chastised me for not checking in online---this was NEVER offered to me by Lufthansa on my flight there or on the return. With other airlines they always send me an email to check in online ahead of time. Lufthansa did not. I could not have been more disappointed with this checking in experience with Lufthansa. Again, the worst in my life and would be cause for me not to recommend Lufthansa to others. Otherwise, the flight itself and the actual crew were great. So disappointing to have such an unprofessional check in experience."

The wheels stick out a little and they made us pay 100 Euros to check our bags. Once on the plane we saw many passengers with luggage and bags much larger than our own and did not have to pay to have them checked. We were the only Americans on the plane. -The seats do not recline and are at a 90 degree angle which is very uncomfortable for a 3 hour flight. -the crew traveling to Rome was very rude. -the seats were dirty with food and crumbs before I sat down and there was trash and food on the floor. It is as if the plane is not cleaned routinely."

Cons: "Security in PRG airport is done at the gate - after the duty free shops, so there's no way to go back. No toilet or water fountain at the gate area after security - only a vending machine is available and benches. You can bring liquids bought in the duty free shops only if you ask at the cashier to get it packed in a special bag. That's probably not the airlines fault, but it is something to note when departing from PRG. The check in process is also very slow, that is due to Israeli security questioning, the line gets all around the terminal."

Security have asked everyone to open their suitcases before depositing them in the check-in. After check-in we had to run through the airport to the gate as check-in completed only 20 minutes before departure. Because of the line and the lack of online check-in we got lousy seats at the end of the plane. The flight itself was lousy as well. It was a night flight but there was light for most of the flight and noise due to the insistency on serving cold sandwiches. After landing we had to wait more than an hour to get the luggage. One of the worst flights ever!"

That is when we also heard we are landing in Rhodos on the way to Tel Aviv to refuel the plane because of a technical thing which they knew even before the flight. So the flight was few hours longer. The plane was old and with this "error" you get to pray you ll even reach your destination. . Food? No good on the flight, only water to drink. You can buy something from the free shop while flying!!! Afterwards we had to wait for our luggage for 6 days being told it is gonna be delivered to us every day. Unless you have nerves to spare and you wanna argue a lot, and I mean A LOT, do not fly with this company!"

When we arrived to the airport, we discovered that the flight is operated by other company (Travel Service) and when we arrived to the boarding gate, we discovered that there is another delay because the airplane arrived late! Another 60 minutes delay, we landed around 23:00,and basically - it ruined the first days of our trip, since we made plans according to 19:30 landing !"

My personal belongs that was suppose to come with my hand loggage they obligated me to go in my check in loggage. The danger to that is that third parties could touch my belongings or even break carting the bag to one side to another.."
