Pros: "People were friendly. Flight was comfortable."
Cons: "Staff incorrectly assessed documents needed for visas, and told us we were incomplete and needed to return home. Instead of looking up policy, we were denied boarding mid-flight, missed a wedding, and had to spend three days in London instead of our destination. Also, we got bug bites during the flight that turned out to be from bed bugs, which followed us home and caused much frustration for months."
Cons: "Information on when we can check in on upcoming flights. Other airlines we have booked for flights will email us 24 hours prior to departure. Virgin Atlantic did not. I had to call and I was directed to their web site and was able to check in on line. Thanks"
Pros: "Courteous and attentive crew from baggage check in thru baggage claim."

Cons: "Food was basically carbs, carbs and more carbs (especially if vegetarian). Some diversity, please. Staff forgot requests on a couple of occasions (Economy Delight cabin)."

Pros: "I like the professional approach of the airline and the staff. Seats are really comfortable and i did not need my sleeping pillow at all as the headrest of my seat was already so comfortable."
Cons: "There is not much which i did not like about this airline. Just like other airlines, now have started feeling that Economy class travellers are being approached with bit biased approach in hospitality though they have major contribution in meeting flight running expenses. All airlines should start considering this fact and improve the overall approach."

Pros: "The plane arrived in Atlanta ahead of time and thus we were able to start boarding earlier than usual. The gate agent kept the process in order and moved the boarding process along nicely. The pilots also got us to Baton Rouge 28 minutes ahead of schedule which was appreciated. Nice flight."
Cons: "Same issue with getting passengers seated once on the aircraft and then getting their luggage stowed takes too much time."

I couldn’t get thru customs and security alone and I had to ask a non employee to help me the whole time, I was then yelled at by an employee because they didn’t think I was handicapped at the gate"

Cons: "Media interface system and Gogo inflight app are not synced and I could not listen to the movie I was watching. No subtitles offered for in flight movies. Someone farted before we deplaned and it was quite unpleasant. Also I wish the automatic seat assignments took my height into account."
We were delayed in Charlotte for almost 2 hours because American Airlines didn't have flight attendants for our flight.
The flight was fine. I didn’t have any food or drink, but I believe they offered the usual cookie or pretzels and standard beverages. The crew was very friendly. The seats - like seats on just about all airlines - are a bit cramped - but I was relatively comfortable and the plane was clean. I’d fly American again for sure.

Do not ask passengers for a bag delivery fee when the mistake was United's. Keep passengers informed of delayed flight and keep inconvenience to a minimum."

It was very stressful and frustrating because myDad doesn't understand English so he never knew of the change. I never received an email alert letting me know if the change of airport or the 1hr delay they had. I am really upset with all this. We are still on our way To JFK in this insane traffic."
