Missed our connection due to delayed. Ended up with a replacement flight with connections getting us in really late and annoying..
The plane, although parked at the gate all night, had a problem. Apparently the cockpit door had been locked. It took three hours (!!) to get this cleared up.

8 hour delay and cancellation. Lost baggage no food vouchers no refund no help. Never flying AA again.

BA insistence on travelers using Verifly to speed check penalizes travelers who are unwilling to download yet another app. Poor communication about alternatives (i.e. downloading U.S. personal attestation prior to airport arrival produces chaos at airport for travelers not familiar with QCR codes. Missed connection in London resulted in lost baggage at New York with no communication from BA regarding still lost bags.
Overall everything was smooth and pleasant
Canceled my trip never flew. They were rude and uninformed. Caused me grief wanting another covid test even though I had one plus I am vaccinated. No excuse. They should have had a test station by their ticketing counter. Had to hunt for transportation which was very difficult since it was 10 pm. Rented car for 350 to get home. I would think twice before booking through Kayak and with BA. kayak should have had more assistance and not just sell the ticket. Both receive an F .

On my 45 minute layover in Newark to Anchorage there was not enough time for me to connect to my Anchorage flight due to having to take the shuttle to gate C Not only was the shuttle driver chopping it up and laughing with another employees although the shuttle was already full with passenger's, if he would have left in a timely manner I do believe I would of been able to make m flight.

Also United service counter went above and beyond to help me with my situation, and I am grateful that they were able to rebook me on a new flight and check in my luggage without issues."

Why was I not informed beforehand?? My itinerary said that this is SAS flight, how was I supposed to know that i was supposed to go to United?? Because there was no one at SAS counter, I had no one to ask, I ended up waiting for the counter to open for an hour. When I found out I had to go to United, it was already too late for me to check in so I ended up missing my flight. Thank god for the agent at United however, who helped me rebook my flight and check in my luggage."

There was some slight turbulence and the attendants demanded we sit down for safety (it wasn't too bad though) yet once we got back to our seats the turblence was fine, and we got up to go again and the same thing happened. There were long lines for the bathrooms. I'm not sure if that can be avoided though."

Seats this tightly packed should not recline! Somehow watching numerous economy plus seats remaining empty several rows ahead of us while we endured this was a sorry statement from the airline."
