It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK

Staff was absolutely fantastic. There is no WiFi capabilities on this plane, the food isn’t even fit for a dog and the check in process both ways was difficult
Overall it was not that bad! The delay on the second leg to Indianapolis , was really unexpected!!
The plane was old, first class was not up to other airlines. The seat controls were touchy, not always responding to touch. The center overhead compartment was small. The entertainment was not good, part of plane had it other part did not. The experience would make me think twice before picking Delta for future travel
You cancelled my flight and made me Sleep at the airport.
First, the flight was schedule to leave at 12:08. Delayed to 12:38. It is 12:58 and I am sitting at the gate. The staff are not communicating with us (just tell me it’s gonna be five hours if that’s the case, quit hufflepuffing around like you’re trying to board us when the plane isn’t even here and you don’t know where your crew are. I’m still waiting for any communication about the further delay. This is a rebooked flight from a cancelled flight yesterday, when the airline failed to fulfill its fiduciary responsibility to hotel and cover transport for overnight cancelations. Asking about the food on the flight? What food?!? Delta doesn’t serve meals unless you pay for them and you really want me to give delta a high rating for passing out processed snacks (fun size!)? Can we be for real. Delta is cementing itself in history as one of the cheap, stingy, outdated, glory days are over airlines, and it shows. I took this flight knowing delta was going to provide below level service but this is beyond burgers!! I can’t believe a multi billion or dollar company looked straight in my eyes yesterday and I told me this wasn’t their fault and there for the extra cost in hotel and hundreds of dollars in Ubers are MY RESPONSIBILITY. The only thing I am at fault for is believing delta is reputable company worthy of my dollars. I’m not even sure I want to be compensated unless it is cash because I would rather die never traveling again than to put money in their pockets.
Flight was delayed. Had to get rebooked. Diamond medallion but stuck in a crappy seat. Rebooked flight then got delayed again. Then when we finally boarded, we waited another hour for a new crew. Then landed in JFK and sat for another 40 minutes waiting for a crew to come to the gate to be able to deplane. Hot mess all around, which unfortunately is becoming the norm for Delta
Delta One seat was uncomfortable. Cushion is too thin. Too much noise from crew in kitchen. Bathroom too small. No bluetooth for tv screen.
More extra space was awesome. Even though I was on the first groups to board, bin compartments were already occupied by passengers seated on other seat numbers. That is unacceptable.
My seat was changed at the last minute and I was moved to the last row, right next to the bathroom despite selecting my seat well in advance. I was also made to check my carry on due to space but when I got on the plane there was significant empty overhead space. Picking up my carry on from the luggage carousel added time to my trip which had already been extended due to delay.
It was a good flight arrived on time with great crew and tasty food.(Business class)
The plain was 1 hour late. The drinking cup are ridiculously small
My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.
Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour
I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.
Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,
El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc
Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.
Great service . Everyone is so polite and ready to help. I always was using Lufthansa but from now on I will use LOT. Thank you for your service.

I would like to be able to choose the seat before the flight without paying extra money. Family members should not to be separated from each other.
Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..
The airline wouldn't let me take my stroller to the gate, even though the website states we can. My screen did not work. Their website also states that long flights offer wifi to be purchased. My 8.5-hour flight did not have wifi available. I pushed my call light to ask for water (I was willing to buy it). It took over an hour for them to come and they could only give me a small glass at a time. Waters were not available for purchase.
Flight was delayed by a hour could have been better addressed. Flight was fine with great service by the flight attendants
Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.

All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

Service was excellent with the staff they all did an fantastic job well done 👏. But the entertainment with the wifi service was very bad couldn't login to read or watch a movie. An also I couldn't get any rest because there was some ppl making noise talking along with kids was misbehaving. Also I prefer person u there head phone while using there devices . But it was a very smooth flight. Thanks you all 😀😀
While the airline gas made a significant improvement in terms of service, the following could bolster the level of service event more: 1) distribute the headphones before takeoff 2) be more mindful when driving the cart during meal time by not smashing it to the armrests of the isleside seats 3) be more mindful not pushing the arm and/or shoulder of passengers that are seated while passing the isle when having wider hips
Worst business class flight crew I have seen in a long time. Inattentive, chaotic and confused.
The American flight was a connecting flight to an international flight. The international flight has a 2 check bag rule. Despite being informed of this, American would only check 1 bag and wanted 100 to check the second (basically a 3rd carry-on) to NYC. Subsequently tsa took a sealed container of maple syrup and a few other things that couldn't be in carry-on plus I had to lug around 3 pieces of luggage for the entire trip. The American reservation was made with the international and American actually checked the one piece the entire way to China. This is one of the reasons that I will avoid American airlines if possible in the future.
Worst flight in terms of service and food. Attendants were inexperienced, no preflight drinks, did come and give us hot towels until well into the flight. The left the Curtin open between main cabin and everyone from the main cabin went to the fist class bathroom. Food was awful! Had the golden chicken and was too lemony and inedible. No offer of coffee after. Awful!
It was overall a great experience. No TV’s, but you can connect to your Wi-Fi from your portable device. We had extra legroom because we were sitting in be back and the flight attendant moved us to the front with extra legroom. It was only an hour flight, so in all it was great.
Plane was delayed an hour causing me to miss my flight to London and now I am not arriving until Sunday instead of Friday. I am stranded at airport and they give me $12 of food vouchers. It's a joke and everyone I talked to was rude
Worst experience flying American Airlines. I fly with them often, so I was super disappointed in the service I received at gate 30 in LGA on May 24, mid-day. The flight was delayed twice. I was patiently waiting in the American Airlines lounge when I received the notice on my app that the plane was boarding 45 minutes before its newly re-scheduled take off of 4 pm (from the orginal 1:45 pm then 3:00 pm). It took me 5 min to travel from the lounge to the gate and when I arrived there at 3:20 flight gate attendant told me the flight had closed and that they announced for passengers multiple times. I showed them the notification on my app and they were really rude and unempathetic. The person who rescheduled my flight at customer service wasn't any happier but was at least helpful in getting me on the next flight.
The plane was clean. The crew were lovely. Food was good - but seat 1D is a poor location. - the crews cupboard is right near your feet and they visited them frequently swishing the curtain from the galley onto my feet everytime also creating a swish of cold air each time & then slamming the door.
This flight was booked with Iberia, but when we got to the airport, it was actually switched to Level. We went to Iberia terminal, then had to be redirected. Ridiculous that we had to pay for a soda on the plane. Also had to pay for earbuds, no pillows. If we had wanted a blanket would have been charged. This is not the British Airways experience. Flight attendant was non existent. Had our call light on for 45 minutes with no response. Attendant charged for a drink, forgot to bring it back. We would never fly Level again. If British airways is going to switch out carriers, We would not fly with them

Business class is fantastic! Lie flat seats, great meals, privacy, and lots of nice amenities!
Flight to Seattle was fine. We were delayed getting into our gate. The connection time was short and they make you go through security again which was slow.
The crew was great, the food was great, the seats were torture. I just could not get comfortable. Too narrow, too close to the seat in front. I felt guilty about reclining my seat and resisted but the people in front of me did not feel the same way. I thought both coming and going that the discomfort would conceivably be enough to prevent me from going abroad in the future. Will it? I'm not sure - but it will definitely be a factor in my choice of travel.
Food was pretty good and crew did ok. Boarding was a disaster. Seats and leg room were not conducive to a comfortable flight, especially if you are 6’3” and have the person in front of you leaning their chair all the way back for 9 hours and your are told they are allowed to do that.
I gave a very poor review for th flight over (Pitt to London) due to terrible seat comfort. Different plane on the way back and it was much better. The flight was delayed over an hour taking off but only landed about 15 minutes late.
Food and entertainment non existent as we were only in the air 25 mins so totally understandable
Everything was excellent except I could not check in online. The app kept denying me. So I checked in at the airport and the person was super polite and helpful. Very nice all around.
