Cons: "They changed the gate it was unclear and hard to find someone to tell us where to go. Once we found someone the lady yelling at everyone where to go was very rude and rushed. Once we found the second gate the crew at the desk was very nice and helpful."
Pros: "The flight entertainment and crew were great. They had a lot of the latest movies available to watch, though I'm not sure you'd be able to watch if you didn't have your own headphones (I did). The crew were friendly and helpful. I got a cold cup of coffee when it should have been hot, and they corrected it immediately."
Cons: "They charge you for everything: sitting in an aisle or window seat ($15); checking one piece of luggage ($25); for food, even on a five hour flight, save for complementary snacks like a granola bar or pretzels. I paid $11 for a tiny sandwich (it fit in the palm of my already small hands). I will definitely get good at the airport next time. It may be just as expensive, but at least it will be filling."

Cons: "They pushed my flight forward 15 hours but didn't tell me until five hours before my flight. Not only that but they didn't change the second leg of my trip so I was on the phone for an hour trying to straighten it out. Very stressful."

However at the check-in the weight allowance in cabin for the 2 pieces was the weight for one carry on not for this and the personal item I was told by phone."

In the connexion from Mexico city to Santiago the flight attendances were very nice, but I don't understand why you keep in the job someone that is not in the mood for working excellent"
The food was horrible It was too crowded An hour delay sitting on the plane before a 12 hour flight A morning flight, flying all day long in the dark as if we could sleep again after a night sleep
Staff was not attentive to the needs of the passangers. We have tried to call Air Canada for over a week with no answer.
Although the flight was delayed, they did their best to make up time.
It will be good to have Duty Free on board, as it was before COVID.
Never had to agree to a change in my flight booking. Very happy with the whole experience.
Cons: "AC lost one of our suitcases and it did not arrive until late afternoon of the next day. Filled out a missing luggage report."
Cons: "They didn’t put enough fuel in the tank and the pilot only noticed when we were next in line to take-off so that led to a 30 minute delay. Some terrible seat designer put the call button and light control on the armrest exactly where your elbow rests so every few seconds you would here a call bell."
Pros: "the over seas flight was fine... once we got on board"
Cons: "The desk does not open until two hours before your flight. Our flight was canceled, 10 minuets before boarding .... with no recourse we were booked on the next day. It took the airline 3 hours after the cancelation to get out luggage back. When we finally got out, the next day, our flight was delayed and we almost missed our connection. Every one who was trying to make the same connection said that every time they fly Air Canada they are always running. We needed up being the last ones on the plane.... they gave away our seats so we were separated for 12 hours. And shoved into corners!!! Our bags made it two days late."

Cons: "The kosher food was abysmal which may not have been Air Canada's fault. When a seating problem arose with an ultra orthodox man who refused to be seated next to me (a woman) the flight attendant told me, "I don't deal with that." Finally another flight attendant found the man a seat between two men."
I received an upgrade to business class because I was on the waiting list. That made the flight much nicer. The staff was excellent.

I was subjected to humiliating search and with my bag still at the Tel Aviv, because they didn't have enough times Worst experience ever!!"
