It was not assigned a seat to me. I was not able to aboard. I lost all other connections..

I bought the ticket through Iberian, but I was unable to check in using my code. American wouldn’t let me check in and Iberian counter was closed.

I never took the flight. I bought the ticket in Kayak by mistake, right away, within the first 10 minutes I realized it and check to cancel. Kayak did not let me and sent me to Iberia saying, in order to cancel or change, you have to call the airline, which I did. Iberia ditched me off saying, you have to talk to whoever you bought it from, Kayak. so you 2 were passing the ball to each other. So I called my credit company, cancelled the transaction, and I swore never ever to use either Kayak or Iberia and I did, I flew with Air France and Delta to all over Europe, thank you and take me out of your subscription.

The seats were comfortable. The food was pleasing. The movie choices were great. The crew was kind and professional.

We were delayed for 7hrs. No announcements were made, the lines for checking were out of control. No one knew what was going on. Complete madness

No WIFI for the flight When told the breakfast item was cheese and tomato, did not mention sun dried tomotoes - totally different flavor and not what I wanted. Flyer for items for sale but none were offered.

Random seats assignment is weird, family of 2 people was seated apart while there were seats available. Does not make any sense

Yeah you have time and can sit around for a while to be okay for you but if you planned on getting connected flights I recommend not to fly with this Airline it's best they for flying out of the country

Since our connecting American Airlines flight was delayed we missed our originally scheduled flight. That meant there were no business class seats available, so we got the last two premium economy seats on the next day’s flight.

The main improvement would be better food, although this flight had better food than outgoing flight from JFK to Bilbao.
