All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.

Flight was not comfortable and crew was rude and not wanted to help, i would never choose united if there is alternate options . not cooperative with baby

I received an upgrade to business class because I was on the waiting list. That made the flight much nicer. The staff was excellent.

Lufthansa has drastically lowered their quality! Food-discasting, crew- most of them rude, overbooked flight, dirty aircraft. I will never fly Lufthansa again.

Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.

I liked that the seat belt fit so I did not have to ask for an extension.

All went smoothly, no problems; friendly crew. I would have appreciated a head pillow ;)

The food was good but basically thrown at you with a don’t bother me attitude. The plane itself was quite dirty.
