The service was fantastic. Not much could be done better
The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.

The cabin crew were polite, friendly and helpful, and gave an excellent service as one would expect from travelling business."
Cons: "The interior of the 777-300 was outdated, especially knowing that 777's have gone through an interior overhaul, so I was unfortunate to not be on of those refurbished planes. The food and the Virgin Mojito was not the best as I did expect it to better considering this was a business class. And the ICE tablet and its remote is not the most userfriendly nor responsive to use, as it does get a bit fiddly."

Cons: "The crew was poor. Didn’t appreciate when requested toilet paper in the toilet, as there was none. Ask for a snack as no food until 5hrs into the flight, crew were impolite and rude. The crew gathered in the gallery and chat among themselves. Very annoyed if you interrupted them, asking for a water."

The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.

We purchased a Go First Pass for 10 Euros each so we could board first, but everyone was able to board at the same time so we wasted 20 Euros. The flight left ab out 15 minutes late and was not allowed to land at Healthrow so we had to circle Heathrow for about 45 minutes. This caused us to almost miss our flight from Heathrow to Atlanta.
Severely delayed with no notice. Could have arrived at the airport hours later had we been informed of the delay
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞
Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.

We each paid for 10kg checked in luggage. Flying out there were no issues sharing one case (20kg). Not so coming back. Additional £48 charge and unable to provide an explanation of why it was ok on one journey but not the other, or indeed what material difference it makes between 2x10kg cases vs 1x20kg case. Scam, and appalling from Ryanair.
Unfortunately didn't realise how far away Frankfurt Hahn airport is from Frankfurt the city. Outbound flight was delayed by 2.5 hours and no communication at airport, just a whisper emknating through the packed crowd ready to board at the gate as someone read out an email they had received. All rather poor and pathetic

Looks like Air India should repair there plains or buy the new one. Captain need a better training if they announce from which country we are flying , it will be more helpful. Because map info was not working.
Staff was very unpleasant. Food repeats. Seats were very uncomfortable. Spacing was not enough for legs. TV was not working and after telling twice they said will come to see it later. No one responded. Charging plugs were broken. Our watch and other devices were out of battery. Washroom was so dirty. Water all over the place. No seat covers or soap.
