Poor service ! Water need to be free and a little snack for 3.5 hour during the flight. Tarom company need to take lessons from Turkish Airlines.

There was extreme turbulence for 10-15 minutes a bit after takeoff, which of course is no one's fault. This was a short regional flight with no amenities except water. Departure and arrival wete close ro on-time. The Suceava airport is very small but pleasant and efficient. My baggage all the way from Washington DC, checked through Paris and Bucharest, arrived without a hitch. There was really nothing to complain about except a regrettable 5+-hour layover in Bucharest.

This experience was atypical. The flight left three hours late because of engine technical issues, which meant a very long wait. Unrealistic announcements made it worse by discoursgong leavimg for water, reatrrom, etc. But the crew did its best and apart from the delay, it was not a bad flight. Good entertainment and drink service.In the end, I made my connection anyway.

No real business class on this plane, I had to ask for the food 1.5hrs after take off, super warm beer, very very poor service

It was United. I used the United app ahead of time, and no problems other than Frankfurt Flughafen being what it is.

Overall good experience, just the delay of 2.5 hrs was a bummer.

Flight left late. Missed connection. Rebooked in the morning. United couldnt find rebooking. Had to buy a new ticket to get home. Horrible all the way.

Usually a business class traveller had to do economy this time due to last min travels and no business class ticket available The staff treats u like substandard citizens . Especially to coloured ppl . This would not have been the case if I were back in business or first At Munich I asked if there was an option of upgrade and not for free I would pay but within 30 sec she said the flight is full ..the interesting part is I did not even tell her which segment I am.flying . But seems like she was not interested in talking

Our flight was canceled for unknownreqson and we had to wait for another 7 houres to get the next flight

Poor preparedness for wheelchair requiring passengers at Frankfurt. We were parked at a remote ramp requiring air stairs, this despite being 4 passengers who couldn’t take stairs down.
