Crew in Hyderabad could have been more helpful they were only focused on ripping customers.

We purchased a Go First Pass for 10 Euros each so we could board first, but everyone was able to board at the same time so we wasted 20 Euros. The flight left ab out 15 minutes late and was not allowed to land at Healthrow so we had to circle Heathrow for about 45 minutes. This caused us to almost miss our flight from Heathrow to Atlanta.
Severely delayed with no notice. Could have arrived at the airport hours later had we been informed of the delay
Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞
Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.

Cheap flights as you expect with Ryanair. I would take cheaper flights over entertainment and comfort for short haul travel. Main issue is usually delays at airports. In this case we landed roughly 2hr30 later than planned due to earlier delays with the plane. Not the worst I imagine
The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

We each paid for 10kg checked in luggage. Flying out there were no issues sharing one case (20kg). Not so coming back. Additional £48 charge and unable to provide an explanation of why it was ok on one journey but not the other, or indeed what material difference it makes between 2x10kg cases vs 1x20kg case. Scam, and appalling from Ryanair.

The only good thing about this flight was that the air hostess was very professional and courteous. The flight was ancient with monitors not working, washrooms did not have soap in the liquid dispenser, while serving meals there was some malfunction in the oven due to which many passengers were furious as there food was delivered late.
FOR SENIORS ABOVE 75 YOU MUST HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION OF COMFORT ZONE.
Air hostesses WILL wake you up for all of the food services even if you have a facemask and neck pillow on.
Checking weight of personnel bags aren't good. I have never seen checking personnel bags weight and giving hard time to travelers. As per rule you check only Check in and carry on bag weight. Many people were upset and regretting to book Air India. Thanks
Staff was very unpleasant. Food repeats. Seats were very uncomfortable. Spacing was not enough for legs. TV was not working and after telling twice they said will come to see it later. No one responded. Charging plugs were broken. Our watch and other devices were out of battery. Washroom was so dirty. Water all over the place. No seat covers or soap.
