Cons: "The seating room is poor for someone who is 6'2" tall. My wife had issues with her ankles swelling. When we tried to get a cold compress to put on them we never received it. We also asked for some fruit instead of the pizza snack and didn't receive it either. I know you don't have much control over passengers, but we had a two year old child in our seating area and it screamed and cried virtually the entire 14 hour flight. Very annoying."

Cons: "There was an incident prior to take off where a passenger in first class had to be removed from the plane. Though it’s certainly not the airlines fault that there was an issue with a passenger, they should’ve been a lot more transparent and gave us a lot more information on what exactly was going on other then “we need to go back to a special area to get this passenger off.” Couple that with the security checks to “make sure there is nothing on the plane that shouldn’t be” and very little explanation of what actually occurred, it made for a very stressful flight. Not knowing if this passenger had made any kind of threat against the plane, or safety of other passengers... etc, it was very hard to feel safe for the remainder of my trip being left in the dark as the incident occurred in first class."

They let us wait two hours for luggage before telling us it wasn't going to make it in. Frustrated and disappointed! Ground security in Turkey was rude and took my sons skate board which we had flown to Israel with and back to turkey, then they told us it couldn't come with us to miami although we flew Turkish both directions with no problem. In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"

To clarify, my experience through Kayak has been fine! However this whole ordeal has left a very sour taste in my mouth...i still dont have my luggage. Cons: "I flew from Tel Aviv and upon arrival went through security so I could proceed to my departure gate. Then at the departure gate a whole new round of security. There was a priority line, but for some reason I didn't get in it, although I fly business. The line was not that long but it just did not move. And the a/c was not working. Worst boarding experience ever and I've been flying for over 40 years. When I boarded finally I asked if I could give a review and although they said yes- nothing. So I hope someone who cares sees this."

Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
