Cons: "It was awful as to how uncomfortable the business class seats were. The seats were narrow and not much personal space. I would never pay to sit in business class on NA 3ver again."
Pros: "The crew was great and seating an entertainment options were wonderful."
Cons: "Food. Other airlines in Asia have a far better selection of meals."
Pros: "Crew very helpful"
Cons: "Delay leaving Heathrow because of cargo loading and equipment blocking our pushback. Better coordination of ground activities is needed."
Pros: "The seats were nice and roomy and there was a great entertainment system. The flight was on a American Airlines 777."
Cons: "Very Little"
Pros: "I like to fly BA because the crews ( and I assume the maintenance) are top notch"
Cons: "Tired old 747. Needs an upgrade. Packed in like sardines on an old plane that shows it age. Should have flown Norwegian. Major delay caused me to miss my connections though the BA staff were all over it."
Pros: "Friendly and helpful cabin crew, even on this short flight. I liked the fact that the Captain stood outside the flight deck to say goodbye to the passengers. A nice touch."
Cons: "No USB or power outlets. Very small screens for the entertainment. Definitely, not up to par for a long international flight."
Pros: "Food was good"
Cons: "We’re we stuck on runway for an hour and they did not turn on any air...it wa s hot and a bit suffocating....once we took off it took a long time too to get some air and cool down the cabin. Movie/entertainment selection was poor. Airline was packed with a Group that was very loud, drunk and partying up and down the aisles."
Pros: "Great cabin staff. More food and various times than I've gotten with other airlines."
Pros: "The flight staff was great. We had lots of food and yummy snacks. I loved being served tea not once but twice! They took good care of us on a long boring flight."
Cons: "Not enough movies to choose from. I couldn't find any that I liked except kids shows... a couple chic flicks would have been nice in the mix."
Cons: "Told I would need to check my bag at the gate, only to find plenty of overhead bin space once all passengers boarded"
Pros: "Safety of the flight, the route"
Cons: "The remote for the AV was so torn. I coukdnt even use it"
Pros: "Our flight attendant was super kind and efficient."
Cons: "With such an early flight, our only "breakfast" option was one cheese and cracker food box for purchase. The aircraft was too cold. Even with my winter coat. Upon arrival at Denver, we had to remove our own luggage from the luggage shelf. On previous flights, an airline employee handed them out to us."
Cons: "No room for overhead bag. The overhead has room for 3 bags over each set of 3 seats. So there’s room for one bag for each passenger. How does united allow the overhead to fill up in an unfair manner"
Pros: "I was able to leave Burlington before the storm."
Cons: "When you travel the friendly skies, it is a cattle call. Travel is just not fun via any of the airlines. My experience was decent and that is all that I can say."
Cons: "Having to pay $25 for my small bag to check through on a ticket exceeding $400"
Cons: "The flight was late, which I realize isn't any one person's fault, but it was annoying. We were actually taxiing almost as long as we were in the air! The part that was really frustrating was that my infant's car seat was damaged, but United refused to acknowledge that they did it because it hadn't been something severe like being run over by a forklift. The good news is that I now know to avoid flying United."
Pros: "On time boarding, comfortable seating. The young man who was the sole flight attendant was excellent (attentive, competent, kind)."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "The only reason they have two stars instead of one is that the flight crew was good, and flight in general was ok. Also United service counter went above and beyond to help me with my situation, and I am grateful that they were able to rebook me on a new flight and check in my luggage without issues."
Cons: "There was no one at SAS service counter... I had to Google my flight number to find out that I actually had to check in with United since it was actually a United operated flight. Why was I not informed beforehand?? My itinerary said that this is SAS flight, how was I supposed to know that i was supposed to go to United?? Because there was no one at SAS counter, I had no one to ask, I ended up waiting for the counter to open for an hour. When I found out I had to go to United, it was already too late for me to check in so I ended up missing my flight. Thank god for the agent at United however, who helped me rebook my flight and check in my luggage."
Pros: "Apart from the poor attitude of the lady in Denver the rest went fine."
