Cons: "We had several friends who made the same trip on other airlines and were not hassled about visas. We had all of the documentation that we were told to have by our friends and by travel agents... Emirates did not accept this and did not let us travel and refused to refund or change our tickets. Disappointment does not even begin to describe the emotion of losing this once in a lifetime opportunity."

Cons: "1- Crew seemed less professional than European countries destinations ( An Egyptian crew gave me wrong direction about my seat at the entrance of the plane ) 2- Wifi service was not working, though they said the plane is equipped with WIFI ( i checked with the cabin crew, she said maybe the area..however throughout all the travel flight, there was no WIFI )"

Cons: "We specifically reserved AVM meal option and couldn't get that on flight. It appears that it was not only us but many passengers who reserved AVM meal option were complaining about not getting one. On 14 hours long flight not getting a good of your choice is bad."

Cons: "There was a delay in landing that resulted in missing my next flight to Dallas. I had to book another ,really expensive air ticket immediately for the next available flight myself. No assistance was provided. Incurred huge loss and inconvenience due to the delay. The staff was very inconsiderate."

Pros: "Kind flight attendants, perfume available in the restrooms, great variety of choices of entertainment (including listening to Quranic recitation if one feels so moved), interesting playlist of songs as you await takeoff ("Fly Me to the Moon, Rocket Man, Starman, etc.)"
Cons: "I thought I'd get an overnight stay due to the distance of my flight and the length of my layover (10 hours) but I found out too late that I didn't. The airport is not conducive to comfortable sleeping! I did appreciate the meal voucher though; make sure you ask for it at the Emirates Connecting Flights desk if you have a connecting flight with Emirates Airlines."

Cons: "Terrible - my wife was stranded at the airport because of carelessness from Kayak/Vyama and lack of issue resolution capability of Emirates customer service staff! We (me and my wife) booked return tickets on Emirates through Vyama. The flight to the destination was good but I had to cancel my flight back to US because of another business trip. I specifically asked the customer service rep to ensure no changes to my wife's reservation and he acknowledged. To terrible surprise came when my wife was at Emirates counter to pick up her boarding pass and the staff denied it because her reservation was upgraded to Business class but with a huge incremental cost that she needs to pay from her pocket. We are still not sure why and how that happened but looks like someone at Vyama or Emirates dropped the ball and she had to go through both mental and physical agony that lasted through the night and without any resolution. She was told to call different Emirates customer service numbers that no one picked and the whole thing was managed by Emirates front desk staff with utmost unprofessionalism and with a clear issue resolution. After being jostled around for good 3-4 hours, she finally gave up and had to book a next day flight through United where the cost was still a fraction of what she was being asked to pay for the "Business upgrade". This has been such a terrible experience and I hope that there is some action taken from this review."
