Pros: "I had heard about limited food options during covid flights but everything was tasty and generous. I always appreciate it when my initial flight books my check-in to my final stop and gives me all my boarding passes at once and Delta did just that. They were also really good at communicating updates like changes to the gate."
Cons: "People should just be prepared to be asked more questions than usual. It can definitely make you feel nervous but just remember that the new covid restrictions are stressful for flight staff just as much as they are stressful for you. Be cooperative and honest and you shouldn't have any problems."

Cons: "We had a carry on and were flying business class. They made us check in the bag but it was clear that it could fit. They said it was a busy flight so we had to give our bag up to check in. We arrived on the plane and there was plenty of space to put our luggage. It was not a friendly experience especially paying the premium to fly business. They were very direct and non forgiving. Crew on board were nice though!"

2 hour delay in Montreal sitting in the planes and then 50 minutes waiting for a gate in Chicago. The least they could do was to give us snacks while we sat in the plane over the dinner hour. Instead they wanted $6 for pretzels, chips or crackers. Come on at least give us those for free while we wait on a 3 hour delay.
The cabin was uncomfortably warm the entire flight. Being scolded as a group, that we the passengers are delaying boarding because of our luggage is ridiculous. Stop charging people to check their luggage and the problem goes away.
Air Canada was very unorganized and had poor scheduling. Cancelling the flight several times!
Original flight from Toronto canceled after 3 hrs of waiting.No information about where to go and what to do.Next day flight with delays.No food or drink on the plane.Just served water and packet of Pretzels.Not a good experience.
Flight was delayed enough to miss my connecting flight in Montréal. The Quality Inn was not quality. The ”dinner” at the Quality Inn was sugar heavy drinks and dessert and a cold cut lunch wrap. Not a good experience.
Over hour wait to check in luggage. Then are flight got canceled. Put us on another later flight. Lost our luggage when we got to our final destination.
Our entire flight with Air Canada was cancelled and we were switched to United. We were originally scheduled to depart Orlando at 10 AM and arrive around 5pm. Instead we departed Orlando after 4PM and did not arrive into Quebec until 3AM! Horrible experience. Makes me really not want to travel by air anymore.

Pros: "Considering the thousands of passengers who saw their flights cancelled because of the grounded 737 Max’s the fact that I was on hold for only 30 minutes and then got rerouted for the next day is amazing! Thank you Air Canada."
Pros: "Lots of choices for entertainment. Our tickets were booked as a family of 3 and we did get placed together this time in a row of 3 seats."

The 3 or 4 in a row seats can be super problematic if you have to use the bathroom and need to climb over a stranger to do it and they're asleep/3 times your size. Holding for 5 hours is not fun."

We came down way too fast and hard, and had to take off again and ascend very quickly. Circled an additional 25 mins before landing again."

The ERJ's are really nice with the updated seats and tray table in the armrest. It was only an hour and a half flight, so no real way to rate food or entertainment."

At the airport I was told that my ticket was "Lite" even though there was no hint of that on the ticket. As a result I had to pay an extra $220 dollars."
