I've taken British Airways before and it has been great. On this trip to Spain and Portugal we had two BA flights. On both flights we were taken by bus from the terminal out to the plane on the tarmac. There were many older folks on these flights, and to ask people in their 70s to lug their carry-on and personal items up the long mobile staircase to the plane entrance, is very disturbing. I won't be taking British Airways in the future. Many people on these flights were very unhappy.

I've taken British Airways before and it has been great. On this trip to Spain and Portugal we had two BA flights. Boarding was easy, the flight left on time and even landed 20 minutes early. The food was plentiful and really good! The crew was kind & helpful. Overall it was an exceptional experience!

The flight was great; I don't see any area of improvement.

The crew were not very personable. The crew did not serve tea or coffee. The bathroom was not kept clean. Two out of the 5 toilets in the cabin weren't working.

Delayed first flight Geneva Madrid.. We didn’t miss our 2nd flight only because the 2nd flight Madrid Dallas was 1h delayed. However we did end up missing the 3rd leg Dallas Austin. Luggage didn’t show up in Dallas. So we re missing 2 suit cases. Customer service sent us to a hotel in Dallas. Only one room booked for 5!! Pretty bad experience overall. I won’t book a flight on Iberia in the future

Horrible experience airline crew was unprofessional. Flight was delayed. Suit cases did not arrive. Never flying iberia again

Chairs do not recline. Finished the trip with an aching back.

The flight was delayed over 4 hours. Business class is just slightly upgraded economy.
