We checked in and just had carry on but still had to go to the check in counter after being sent back by security.
There was no food whatsoever, even for purchase on a five hour flight. Given that Georgian airways is not a budget airline, I expected more. Online check-in process was difficult. It would not recognize reservation code or ticket number, but another page on their website for checking in worked. Another hassle was passenger information - when entering passport information, it rejected the selection without providing any useful feedback. It turns out that "passenger passport" is the right choice, and "passport" is not. And after all that, online check-in was useless as the passport control at the airport does not recognize those as valid boarding passes, and you have to check-in again at the airport.
There was no check in on the site. After the plane was disconnected from ground electricity conditioning stopped. The temperature in the plane during the flight was about 28 degrees. Crew listened the passengers with smiles but did nothing. After boarding when ground electricity was connected everything became operate. But it was too late. The interval between the rows is very small. Get ready to the flight with real low coaster.

I had to find an alternative transportation to get back to Tbilisi with extra cost and inconvenience. No one informed me what exactly happened and why the flight was moved one hour before the scheduled time. Reimbursement for the return flight was full but the fact of leaving me in Batumi was outrageous. I am dissatisfied by the service of "Georgian Airways" and would not recommend it to anyone"

My heartbeat go up to 160 and I felt l i'm going to get my heart attacks. But they don't care they just want the money. When I ask if she wants dollars she said no. And then are the tenant she except dollars the last half an hour of the flight and let me see them all before I pay $30. That's embarrassing for this company , To let three people suffer no air condition. Please send that letter to the headquarter of the company. Appreciate this questionnaire of kayak."

Nobody was able to tell me this. Moreover, Priceless representative triet to convince me that the price doesn't include checked bag, while it did. So, I would find myself traveling with carry-on only, and that's unjustified. There is no possibility to do onlibe check-in."

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.

Cons: "Security in PRG airport is done at the gate - after the duty free shops, so there's no way to go back. No toilet or water fountain at the gate area after security - only a vending machine is available and benches. You can bring liquids bought in the duty free shops only if you ask at the cashier to get it packed in a special bag. That's probably not the airlines fault, but it is something to note when departing from PRG. The check in process is also very slow, that is due to Israeli security questioning, the line gets all around the terminal."
