Firstly i took a backrow seat hopeing for some more space unfortunately the way the plain was set up there was an obstical behind my chair and i could recline there was no leg room and the seat was dirty i fell asleep and missed all the meals and the screen on my chair was broken so no entertainment. On the flight back i made sure to get a exit seat but i was aganist the window and the bottem of the plane door gave me less room than a normal seat the tray is stowed one the side of the seat and it was in a filthy compartments sorry guys i dont ever want to fly with you guys again 9 hours of this was just to much."

The airline "Prestige operated our flight from Toronto to Tel Aviv. The air plane and the crew were NOT el Al. The airline Prestige had an older aircraft with no TVs, entertainment for kids, the crew was not El Al for an overseas transatlantic flight VERY poor...on the return flight from Tel Aviv the same airline and aircraft operated by Prestige airlines was utilized and this time the ordeal turned into a nightmare. During take off from Tel Aviv as the plane was gaining speed to go into the air one of the tires blew and we almost had a catastrophe on the runway. We were on the runway for 2 hours and then deboarded; waited in TLV airport for 8 hours before taking flight on an actual El Al plane. The point that needs to be made is to verify that you are taking an actual EL Al plane NOT a partner airline....the airplanes on an actual El AL fight are accommodating and offer good service, food and entertainment (which is much needed on a transatlantic flight; especially if traveling with children)."

I used two Flights both of them suffered from a delay of 90 minutes . I the second segment we waited 99 minutes in lthe queue and even water was not offered . The crew provided disinformation in both flights and finally no entertainment was suggested

The girl at the baggage counter called Pegasus and they told her the amount. When I got back to the baggage counter, the man there started checking my bags then the supervisor started yelling at me and him, because of a "miscommunication" between the other girl and Pegasus. I heard the other girl explain, and it was no communication. The supervisor as she called herself was extremely rude and short tempered with EVERYONE. Plus, they wanted to charge me 215 dollars for one extra bag. Really? I finally took a few things out and got away with under 90 dollars from the 20 dollars they were going to charge me before. I would have been happy to book with another airline that would have easily come under that price, and I barely got to my gate on time. I booked with Turkish air prior and it was 200 dollars round trip and I was very happy. My bags and food were free. When I got to Turkey to change flights, we had to get off the plane we were on and get on another, and my flight was over two hours delayed. We had to stay at the gate, and so I couldn't buy food at the airport. I would have gotten to Frankfurt at two so the small breakfast I had would have been ok, and now I had to buy food on the plane because I had planned also to meet a friend for dinner outside of Frankfurt before another flight (actually the entire reason I was flying with Pegasus in the first place) and now I wouldn't make it. Can you imagine spending all that money plus a hotel and the entire reason you went is just gone and you have to deal with all of this? So I go to buy food on the plane and I'm told my credit card doesn't work. The funny thing is, previously I checked my bags with the same credit card, and afterwards I rented a car and hotel with the same card. I knew my credit card worked. I made her try it again and nothing. So I just had to live on the small amount of yogurt I had had that morning. There was no apologies or anything for everything we went through except when my credit card wouldn't work the flight attendant gave me some coffee for free. I'm not a complainer and actually travel quite a bit (I've been traveling for 3.5 months straight all over europe and the middle east). This has been the only negative experience I've had. I truly believe that Pegasus does not care about keeping customers. I really feel like I've been treated like dirt, and that I was tricked into booking with them. I've always booked with Kayak and will continue to, but I would reconsider working with Pegasus if I were you. The other discounters like Ryanair are just fine. But this experience made me extremely angry and I will never book with Pegasus again."

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.

Cons: "Security in PRG airport is done at the gate - after the duty free shops, so there's no way to go back. No toilet or water fountain at the gate area after security - only a vending machine is available and benches. You can bring liquids bought in the duty free shops only if you ask at the cashier to get it packed in a special bag. That's probably not the airlines fault, but it is something to note when departing from PRG. The check in process is also very slow, that is due to Israeli security questioning, the line gets all around the terminal."

Because of the line and the lack of online check-in we got lousy seats at the end of the plane. The flight itself was lousy as well. It was a night flight but there was light for most of the flight and noise due to the insistency on serving cold sandwiches. After landing we had to wait more than an hour to get the luggage. One of the worst flights ever!"

You can buy something from the free shop while flying!!! Afterwards we had to wait for our luggage for 6 days being told it is gonna be delivered to us every day. Unless you have nerves to spare and you wanna argue a lot, and I mean A LOT, do not fly with this company!"

Another 60 minutes delay, we landed around 23:00,and basically - it ruined the first days of our trip, since we made plans according to 19:30 landing !"
