They could have at least advised but the attitude was blaze and not willing to even speak to me."

Not sure, how Emirates is getting away with this discriminatory attitude, while rest of airlines do allow -Carry on + a personal item. 2. There is no check on the carry-on weight at SFO airport. While in DXB, they entice customer to buy all duty free and then when it comes to boarding, you will be 'shocked'. No more than 10kg allowed. 3. You will be directed to read instructions before boarding. Then the corruption deal starts...read point 4 4. The man will say, remove anything in excess of 10kg or pay extra luggage, knowing very well, that people buy duty free at DXB. 5. Once you start negotiating, then the deal-making starts... 6. They let us wait two hours for luggage before telling us it wasn't going to make it in. Frustrated and disappointed! Ground security in Turkey was rude and took my sons skate board which we had flown to Israel with and back to turkey, then they told us it couldn't come with us to miami although we flew Turkish both directions with no problem. In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"

It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞
Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.
Pros: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."
