Cons: "I bought a business ticket but flew in economy from Tel Aviv to Vienna. I knew about it but the ticket cost was still high."

Cons: "Seats are not comfortable and there us not enough seats space (to narrow to tight), no entertainment system at all, no power outlets to charge phone / tablet etc. it’s almost 2020, airplanes must include those elements as standard."

Cons: "I ordered Kosher food but they didn't have me on the kosher food list - I ended up not eating!"

Cons: "They serve non-halal food with Muslim menu. They think hat non-pork meat means halal/zabihah. Non friendly flight crew"
Pros: "The flight was short: 4 hours. It was in time, etc. Certainly no entertainment."
Cons: "After the breakfast (rather poor) no drink was suggested. There was a cup for tee or coffee. Empty one. After the breakfast they just took it away with other dirty dishes. It happened to all passengers in my neighborhood."
Cons: "Let some people pass first even though they arrived after us and we al had same tickets (or gave preference for no apparent reason), I did tell thecgate agent and he apologized"
Pros: "Service was great, the stewardess's were very professional and very caring without being too personal which is great for me .Every was done quickly and professionally with a great sense of efficiency and purpose .Hard to explain but so different from other airlines . Multimedia was phenomenal"
Cons: "Food portions were smallish but acceptable .Seat reservation service got totally mixed up ,reserved one seat and got another .Maybe software glitch ,needs to be fixed."
Cons: "Chaotic boarding process, no clear communication with passengers, delays in boarding not explained, people sent away or told off, huge attitude and chip on the shoulder. In the U.S., we are customers that paid for a service and are asking for details on that service. In Europe, we are annoyances that depend on staff at the boarding gates to get on the plane, so power tripping and general disdain to customers beings confused are part of the game. I will try never to fly Austrian Airlines again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior toward families, mothers with children, senior citizens. I can almost see the smirks and annoyed and superior attitude of staff at the boarding gate when they had to deal with more passengers asking why boarding hasn't started half an hour ago when we were announced it would. No answers, just show me the passport and boarding pass, ok, please go back, we'll let you know, then ignore questions."

Cons: "For international flights every passenger should be allowed to bring one suitcase for free, I am traveling with my children for family of 6 they charge $70 dollars per person and the grand total charges for suitcases came to $350 dollars. Too much and unfair"

Cons: "Aircraft old so entertainment was not on the individual seat. Seats were hard and didn’t recline too much. Leg room was decent. Check in was horrible. 45 minute line."

Pros: "Flight was amazing but my connection in Barcelona to Tel Aviv was a bit stressful. I couldn't check in via app or phone, When I arrived at security in Barcelona, security would not allow me to pass without a boarding pass. So I had to leave the gate area and go to El Al ticket counter."
Cons: "I almost missed my flight because of this. I called Expedia staff and they weren't much help. Next time I will be better prepared when booking flights to Tel Aviv."
Pros: "Everything went went really well. The only problems was a delay of several hours which they posted so I knew in advance."
Pros: "Clean airport and airline. I was on the new Dreamliner. Book business you don’t want to be in the back."
Cons: "For obvious reasons security is tight. However, they do not warn you sufficiently about the screening and security process. It took 2 hours alone to get through security and it was a light crowd. I can only imagine if it was packed or during major EU or Israeli holiday. They try to move people fast but security folks are all very young so they require a lot of supervision and need oversight so they stop and go for questions with trained team members."

The crew was exceptionally kind. Communication in terms of gate changes could be better

Cons: "Every time the same problems. Bording we have to wait almost an hour and then all the people have to wait for the bus in a very Small place(like animals) then at the bus... waiting in a full one untill someone says ok to ride.."
Cons: "You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company."
Pros: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Cons: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."

Pros: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Cons: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."

Cons: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

The flight was canceled 2 days before, without any alternative offer
The flight was delayed by more then 5 hours and we lost our connecting flight. We had to purchase new connecting flights to our expense.

We had to create an online connection to get the passes and then forward them to all 4 people in our group."

Cons: "The process of getting on the flight is the most exhausting part: distance to Terminal 1, multiple screenings and checks, then another long bus ride to the plane. The flight itself was is the easiest part at this airport."

Cons: "When I made the reservation, I paid 20 Euro for 1 suitcase (20 kg.), but was surprised to realize that the payment was not valid for the whole trip (but only for one flight). I had to pay 40 Euro for the flight back. It could be helpful if you'd clarify this as part of the reservation process."
Pros: "Thete is nothing really good in low cost flight, so if you are not expecting you will not be disappointed. Recommend purchase the priority package in advance and allowed to bring two items on board."

Communication was impossible: feedback was missing, no alternative communication options are offered. Check-in without feedback and the status was unclear at the airport until the last minute. A whole weekend under full stress. Never fly again but never use your platform again!!!
Cons: "The initial crew was adamant that everyone is allowed one personal item and one carry on. When we arrived at the gate, one attendant said we could only have one and made us check our small carry ons while the adjacent attendant let everyone one with the previously specified two carry ons. When we asked about this, the woman said she didn’t have time for questions and was very rude. This was after 3 delays with no specific reasoning given. I have flown with this company three times in the past because the times were convenient and have expericed delays EVERYTIME. I should have learned my lesion but kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore. This airline is terrible"
Cons: "Flight was delayed for 1h30mn without explanation. It was a long day for us considering we were at the airport at 8.30AM for an 11AM flight. Even after online checkin the queue to drop bags off was very long"

They said the plane was too heavy and they couldn’t accommodate any more passengers even though there were a lot of seats available. They basically screwed a lot of passengers and as I had connecting flights to make I had to scramble to buy a ticket with a different airline. No apology forthcoming !!!"
Cons: "THIS IS YOUR WARNING! DO NOT FLY LC Peru! After being in the airport for 7 hours they CANCELLED our flight and gave us no reason and NO REFUND. Two days later we had to use another airlines to make it back to Lima."
Cons: "They cancelled my flight due to "weather" while other airlines were flying out. They messed up the rest of my plans, my connecting flight, and did not want to compensate anyone. Do not fly this airline."
