Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.

Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.

I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME

Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

The only problem is, we arrived in Miami with no luggage. We waited an hour and 20 minutes at the carousel. There was no one to tell us that all the luggage had come out. There were many people in the same disposition. They say 20% of the luggage never arrived in Miami.

No fault of the crew, but the the rear lavatories were closed the entire flight. The front lavatories were blocked off for the first part of the flight by the food cart. Then some minor turbulence occurred so the fasten seatbelt sign came on for the second part of the flight. Heroic containment engaged! It was not fun.

Boarding process was hectic and unorganized. Delayed for hours, THEN delayed for weather.

This time it was not good. The plane was not clean. It had a bad smell as if the cabin was not cleaned properly. The small sit pillows were dirty and blankets (even though they were packaged) did mot smell clean. Decaf coffee was disgusting and tasted like instant coffee.

No complimentary beverage or snack service except water which was awful.

Handling of baggage. We had a two hour delay and they still did not get baggage on flight

Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.

Better when flight announcements are better produced and slowed down a bissele

The flight was delayed more than 1.5 hours. Phone calls to united did not satisfy our need to get to Chicago to met family for fight to europe. I was told the flight was booked thru luftansa and united could not make adjustments. When call luftansa they were unaware of the significant delay on the united flight out of mci. They would not authorize a flight change. We went to the airport, as if we would be flying as scheduled, United checked us in, as if our flight would leave as scheduled. We took our bag to be checked to the baggage drop and the agent their confirmed our flight was significantly delayed. She worked for 30 min to get us on another flight. We ended up flying to Denver then to Munich. The rest of the family that flew to Chicago for our meet up and flight to Europe ended up flying to Munich alone. We meet up in Munich for our last leg to luxembourg. In luxembourg we learned on bag was scheduled on our delayed flight. The flight was canceled and we did not receive the bag in lux. We filed a lost back claim. Now 3 days later we STILL do not have the bag. It is apparently in luxembourg and they maybe tried to deliver, however the names on the door of the air b&b do not match the name on the baggage claim so the French speaking delivery person called no one could understand him so he took the bag and left. My brother, traveling with me under a different reservation , has been without essentials for 3 days. One or all of us has stayed "home" each day waiting on the bag. Today was my turn. Delivery window was 10:30 to 2:30. No attempt to knock or ring bell. After the hang up call, my brother called me and told me to check the door. There was nothing there. No sign of attempted delivery, no delivery man, nothing. Being unable to change clothes and having family members take turns waiting on a bag that never comes has ruined this family vacation. No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

I was charged at the gate for bags I had already paid for. There was no other option. I am trying diligently thought easyJet website but making no progress HELP!

Be sure to check bags for 23 kg,.(50 lbs) Coming from US I chose the wrong size luggage weight when I checked in on my phone, and had to pay more when I dropped it off

The on board air steward really made the journey. He was very entertaining

Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.

Delayed and then further delayed with no announcement made so that all the passengers (who were standing in the jetty) could hear. We stood there for well over 20 minutes. We were further delayed through weather but no one explained that to us until the pilot made an announcement when finally on board

I am writing to share how your teams can better serve your youngest customers. On 9 January, 2024, I boarded and then de-boarded a flight with my 6 month old daughter. I have four children and travel extensively. Delays happen, but the stress my daughter had to ensure was avoidable with simple and straightforward actions. (1) communicate delays to customers -- Breastfeeding mothers are constantly timing feedings. If delays were communicated, I could have camly fed her instead of attentively waiting for priority boarding. There were no announcements and no updates to the monitor; (2) honor the priority boarding process -- While a staff member waved us in for priority boarding, half the plane boarded while the "priority check-in" representative was preoccupied; (3) anticipate challenges creating unnecessary stress to infants -- after completely ignoring the priority boarding procedure, and knowing that the plane had not even arrived, the team could have offered to board us last. My daughter could have been calm in the waiting area while breastfeeding. Instead my 6 month old was completely unnecessarily stressed in the middle of the jet bridge, packed in solid.

You booked my 7 year old son to sit on his own without his mum and dad in s separate row between two unfriendly adult strangers. The plane was disgusting and dirty, aisles and everywhere sticky. The lounge waiting area was filthy carpet and had insufficient seats so we had to sit on it to wait for 35 minutes and my 7 year old sone played on this filthy lounge carpet. The outside of the plane appeared clean. The pilot was helpful with the route and what to expect weather etc.

As you would expect from a budget airline Left and arrived on time, no frills, not even a glass of water offered But you get what you pay for

Late departure. No announcements. Boarding was a disaster. Some kind of technical issue scanning boarding passes.

Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain
