My recent Air France flight from Paris to Toronto was a genuinely pleasant long‑haul experience, marked by strong service and thoughtful touches throughout the journey. The boarding process was orderly and efficient, with only a short wait before passengers were invited to step onboard. Everything moved with calm coordination, setting a positive tone right from the start. Once in the air, the inflight crew truly shined. They were warm, friendly, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Their professionalism and upbeat energy made the cabin feel welcoming and well cared for. The meals and overall service were very good—well‑timed, nicely presented, and satisfying. Air France’s reputation for quality inflight dining held up, and the crew ensured that drinks, snacks, and small requests were handled promptly. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.
Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.
I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.
Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.
My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.
Not a good one this time. The absence of internet without any information/notification ahead was really the unacceptable part. Also this new A350-900 has a serious legroom challenge for economy seats. It’s more like a medium-haul flight legroom configuration.
They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.
A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.
The flight was on time. The seats were ok and the Indian veg food was good. Overall good experience.
First time flier on Air Canada and absolutely loved it. Everything was so clean. Friendly staff. Easy boarding.
Planes arriving on time would be better. Apparently flights are delayed almost all the time, making your connection impossible then having to rebook on another flight at another time. There is no regard for customers who need to travel somewhere at a certain time. Connection flights are not held by the same airline, even though they know the plane can get there within 30 minutes or less. Airline staff is amazing, but the excuses Air Canada gives for delays is not truthful. Some messages will say mechanical problems and the next message for the same plane will say air traffic control issues. So what is true? They don't need to refund anyone if they use these two excuses. So if travel from B.C. to Montreal with delays like this is common, I will consider not flying there anymore. When we missed our connecting flight, the next flight had one seat (4.5 hours later) and the next flight was a red eye at 10:45. Big difference from our 12:15 initial flight.
Crew are excellent. I wish they have personal care kit on board

Staff was not attentive to the needs of the passangers. We have tried to call Air Canada for over a week with no answer.
Although the flight was delayed, they did their best to make up time.
It will be good to have Duty Free on board, as it was before COVID.
Flight was fine but took off late by an hour with no explanation of why. Then when I arrived in Toronto rather than helping me get to my connecting flight they bumped me and several Others off the plane even though we made it to the gate before the plane left. They offered a hotel voucher overnight which was nice but they should have just held the flight for us - since there were multiple people connecting to it.
I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive
It was very good, good food good stuff, The toilets were a little stinky.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.
Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat
The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.
Seating 4 hours without the possibility to recline the chair was very bad
Food was awful, it was a cheese sandwich that was frozen, smelled awful. How can you ruin cheese!
Never boarded the flight, Chatdeal didn't confirm my last flight to SEA fron FRA, resulting in me boarding a different flight to EWR which got delayed and caused me to miss the flight to SEA

The breakfast snack was horrible. No nutrition value. I couldn't finish it. The main meal had no taste, no real vegetable, the brownie had no chocolate taste., I was not even sure what the salad consists off.
Our connection in Frankfurt was the worst ever. No one from the airline or the airport seemed to be bothered to get us into our connecting flight on time! The procedures at the airport took us forever and we barely made it into our flight. If we had missed it, I’m sure we would’ve missed our cruise. Looks like everything is on autopilot and no one is interested in helping customers anymore especially us 69 year olds
Upgraded to premium economy at the gate. Well worth it!
Internet was advertised in-flight but not accessible. The foot rest in premium economy was stuck. For both nobody I asked was able to provide an answer/solution. However, this will not stop me from booking premium economy again, which I upgraded from my initial economy I had booked for my outbound flight YYZ to FRA.
Take off was not good, too hot inside the plane and seats are beyond uncomfortable.
Helpful crew in a comfortable and well designed aircraft. My kids also loved the striped design of the airplane.
The return flight, the food was better. Didn't like that even at checkin we still had to pay when only 5 seats were available. Had to pay or would be stuck in the very middle between two others. I had to pay for an aisle and a middle seat. Both were considered prime seats but the two other middle ones were not.
Flight attendants were polite but not attentive. They did not clean cabin throughout trip, and the airplane upon disembarking looked disastrous! Garbage everywhere ! The state of the cabin did NOT leave passenger with a ‘cared-for’ feeling. It looked a total mess. They also closed themselves off in the back of the plane and passengers felt like they needed to knock to get a glass of water. Very dissppointing.
The flight from Saskatoon to Calgary was canceled by WestJet due to the airline strike. Condor, as the main operator, did not inform us. We found out that information just when we arrived at Saskatoon airport. Fortunately, we had enough time to drive to Calgary airport and catch the flight to Frankfurt. We couldn’t claim compensation for the missing flight because nobody takes responsibility for this situation. When we tried to contact BudgetAir, they redirected us to Condor, and Condor redirected us to WestJet. WestJet keeps saying that they are not responsible for the ticket that was bought from a third-party company.
The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.
