Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.
No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.
Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class
Boarding was delayed for an unknown reason for more than an hour. While the airplane was at the gate, the boarding time was moved by 10-20 minutes every 15 minutes. No entertainment on the plane.
The flight itself was pleasant and on time. Crew was very good. However, breakfast food was barely acceptable. Unfortunately this satisfies the recent industry standards. I asked for a sandwich with ham (another choice was cheese), but received a sandwich with roast beef.

Boarding could've been improved a bit, the rest is excellent.
Agents helping disable person doesnt know connections to Poland and after 9 agents helping and 2hours ,we made it to proper terminal. Polish Dreamliner its Polish nightmare liner with so narrow seats and no room under front seat for bag and feet,in economy class.To upgrade, to higher standart cost an arm and leg ,even there are empty seats No good experience overall
Checking in took very long for whatever reason. Flight comfort these days is always poor so… Crew was great thought!
I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive
The seat I was stuck in was so unimaginably uncomfortable. I have never had that tight of a seat in my 20 years of flying. Even budget airlines give you more space.
Nice people, efficient and professional, high quality, and well-run. Everything you want in a flight!
It was very good, good food good stuff, The toilets were a little stinky.
There is need to introduce HOME COUNTRY of Departure Meals
No leg room! Either too hot or cold with these guys!
Always having a good experience with Lufthansa. I prefer them over anyone else. Sometimes prices need to be more affordable. Munich airport is clean and good, services are available and it’s overall a good experience. I have been flying with Lufthansa for close to a decade and I hope many more to come.
I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.
I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Also my luggage did not make it onto this flight and when it finally arrived home the handle of the luggage was all ripped. I will have to purchase a bag again.
Pretty standard. Crew was helpful and friendly. Plane was clean and food was good.
