Food seats were good Flight was delayed for over an hour, missed connecting flight, lot automatically rescheduled us to a new flight which was good but lost approximately 4 hours. Not a good way to start a vacation.
My information was stolen, and someone used my card to purchase airline tickets. Everything has been submitted to my bank, and the police. Thank you!!
Although I was flying in business class, the feeling, comfort and in general the whole experience was like flying in a low cost airline. Boarding by. Us, no priority to business class passengers. The plane was very old and looked poor and rely old. Seats do not recline. Space between rows very small. No separation between business class and economy. No separate toilet for business class passengers. Of course no entertainment, no WiFi and no charging. Very bad experience
Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class

The 737 lacked business-class seating. It was basically economy plus but with the middle seats left unsold. There were no TV screens but good food and service.
Flight was delayed by a hour could have been better addressed. Flight was fine with great service by the flight attendants

I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive
It was very good, good food good stuff, The toilets were a little stinky.
I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

Never boarded the flight, Chatdeal didn't confirm my last flight to SEA fron FRA, resulting in me boarding a different flight to EWR which got delayed and caused me to miss the flight to SEA
