Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

Delayed as always, very dirty and old airplane. Not very friendly staff. Just a sandwich for a 5 hours very expensive flight.

I paid $1050 for this flight. I paid an additional $99 for a "comfort" seat that was nothing by comfort. The "extra leg room" was fake, made up by making the seat slightly recline at the most upright position. That alone, killed my back! In addition, it was so narrow, fitting a Barbie not an average size human (me). I asked for white wine, when beverage were offered, they had only red which I cannot tolerate, so I had to skip, even though I really needed some wine to relax. Cheap! Again, for the price I paid, I should have had a selection of white wines, even in economy. The food, supposedly by Shai Granot- made me want to avoid Granot's restaurants. The beef meatballs were nice and tender. the rice w hairline noodles were so soggy and soft it was disgusting. The so called bread was half dry when reached my tray. I love eggplant, but the mayo killed it. From the country of Tahini & olive oil you offer mayo w eggplant? As I said, I am likely to avoid Granot's restaurants. The exterteinamnet was full with old boring movies, limited and old TV shows and free intrenet only for texting? Again, for a premium price seat and for addition $99 I should have had a fukll internet access. Likely the last time I travel ELAL.

There is no recline on flight from DFW to FRA. Middle eastern airways provide better recline option for the same class. FRA to Bangalore has better recline option. I bid 100$ for premium economy, my request was declined. But staff handled it without issues.

Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.

German crew were very kind. Food was okay but can be better, especially bread was not good, Garbage collection was very poor.

Not good, the plane was warm , they were selling everything even water

The flight crew was outstanding. Small children running around and constantly crying was extremely annoying.

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

Seats were not the most comfortable and food options weren’t great but overall but everything else was excellent

The food wasn’t great and it would be nice if the airlines showed documentaries about the countries we are flying into.

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.
