Positive: Entertainment via phone on the short was great and my first time. Good food and wine and head phones for free. Negative: Seat hardly reclined on the long flight. Breakfast was an egg with a bun. No egg choices and rather have something sweet like bun/jam and Youghurt.
I was duped into thinking it was a United Airlines flight when in fact United had nothing to do with it.
Need to have more snacks for the duration and coffee.
Missed this flight due to delays from my previous flight
We learned certain countries (a few) require a notarized letter from an ex to give permission for children to travel to those countries with the other spouse together with birth certificates. To find this out one hour before flying—not good. Nowhere is it documented by the airlines though they require it. Make sure about all documentation required.

The most cramped seating I’ve ever experienced, (including budget airlines) with no food available for purchase on a nearly 6 hour flight.
Again a nearly five hour flight and pretzels is all the food you get and all you can drink water. No electric plugs in economy. Staff was totally not caring. Delta next time
