United to needs to use their best planes for long flights like Guam to Hawaii with STARLINK on it

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

Overall a good experience, but no wifi available for free or for purchase and we got wet from condensation or other water source during descent.

It was a more comfortable seat don't get stuck in middle, makes for uncomfortable situation

So bad, flight was been cancelled due to aircraft problem, so ended up buying anothet ticket.

Food was terrible. Crew was kind but skipped over my row for providing sandwiches and beverages.

We loved the United lounge near our gate and a rep named Aimee who was GREAT

Better seating for sure. The seats were so close together for such long flights.

I received an upgrade to business class because I was on the waiting list. That made the flight much nicer. The staff was excellent.

Rude and condescending crew, below average food, passengers treated as toddlers.

Horrible as a connecting passenger. The airport experience is horrendous in Madrid. Once on the flight everything was fine. Stop selling connecting flights through Madrid with less than 2 hrs transit time!!

Not good because in this cancelled and then rebooked flight BA put me and my husband in both middle seats when we were originally seated together in original flight and i was in aisle. I hate sitting in the middle. BA food needs to be better. It was just ok. Thanks though to screw and everyone one for safe flight

ok. It's a short flight and it was delayed, hence the ok rating.

Would like to see clean bathrooms, especially the bathroom by the end of the crew flight the cleanest not the bestest thank you

Wonderful. It seemed so quick and the view of Mt Hood was really good.

Crew members were thorough in checking seatbelts and whatnot which makes me feel cared for because passenger safety is a main concern.

I was sent an email that said my card payment was not verified. When I spoke to an agent , he said my card was not verified and the flight I thought I had to booked was no longer available so I booked another flight on another airline(United). Later I got flight updates , etc., concerning my supposed first flight. So if I was charged for this flight on British Airways/American airlines, I need a refund.

The crew made it a great flight. They were friendly and attentive. They made me want to fly British Airways again.

There was a slight delay. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory.

All of my bags were not delivered to my destination!
