They were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I were sitted apart. We asked if we could be seated together were told flight ws fuly booked but would try. After a while they were able to make it work we got seats together. Their food is good and attendents are very friendly/helpful.

Emirates is good airlines. But there plane seats were very small and congested. Need to little good and big seats in economy class.

Good food and staff. Flights were delayed making catching the connecting one tough with no time to stretch in between

When you buy Emirates you don’t expect low cost. Choice of coffee/tea vs water. Entertainment on demand. Seat distance won’t allow food tray to extend without hitting belly (and I didn’t grow lately)

No Vegetarian options onboard, made to wait for a long time for boarding

POOR CREW BEHAVIOR. RESTRICTIONS ON FOOD. FEELS LIKE ECONOMY CLASS.

Superb check in, lounge, boarding and flight experience. On time departure and before time arrival. Couldn’t have asked for more

The first class experience was great but Frankfurt airport is very confusing. Badly signed all round. Boarding was not pleasant and check in staff was arrogant.

I didn't travel from the start I changed my ticket long time ago

I was charged for one of my luggage twice, when I was not supposed to be charged for it

The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.

Flight from Munich to Geneva was delayed an hour without any notice. Finally called 5 minutes after their flight was supposed to leave only to be told it was late. Then after boarding- we were told to leave the plane go back to the terminal so they could make a repair. NO Communication whatsoever. Agent at the airport was rude and offensive. Finally got on the plane three hours after originally planned. Lost our car reservation in Geneva and had to pay $200 more to get the rental. HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE!!!!

I paid for extra legroom which was not honored and have spent hours trying to get a refund for without success. I have since come to learn Lufthansa has a habit of reassigning seats and making it impossible to get refunds.

Very disappointed. None of the bags from Newark & Toronto flight were loaded onto connecting flight to Mumbai. And yet, no announcement during the flight. No placard near the luggage carousel in Mumbai. Absolute mayhem at Lufthansa lost & found counter. Each agent taking 20 minutes to record each incident. Stood in line for more than 1 hour, after suffering through a 8 hour flight.

Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses

Seats in the center row have obstructed leg room. Entertainment center did not respond well. Staff was good, but coukd be of limited help

Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .

So great, the plane is nice and comfortable, the entertainment was so nice, and the staff was amazing. Only thing that was less than great was that the buttons on the seat screens were very hard to push, and the person behind me was pushing my seat constantly to push the buttons. Minor tho, and overall everything was wonderful!

I traveled with my sister, however ,we booked a flight separately, and we don't sitting next to each other. The staff on the board where on the top of this unit they find us sitting together. Ty lufthansa team. U are the best
