This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. The overall experience has been terrible"

In Europe all the passengers make a line and wait to board a plane. We stood in line for an hour! I only stood in lime because we have a toddler, stroller, Diaper bag, carry on, etc. Air Europa only requested that small children board the plane first on one of our flights. We flew on 3 fpr their planes this vacation."

Easyjet seems to thrive on the baggage charges.... it's not comparing apples and apples when Kayak gives prices if the baggage charges are hidden. I would like Kayak to change it's program or provide an option so that any baggage charges are calculated in the "up front" cost quote so that airlines are compared "apples to apples"."

Pros: "You know i have never had a bad experience on any airline until till today at 2:15pm on September 29, 2017 while boarding the plane for flight number 4244 on easyjet airlines when i was told that i had to take my backpack that served as my purse for my last two weeks of travel and put eveything in my backpack, which included my wallet, passport, ipad, phone, meds, and ereader in my other regular size carry on. My son and i each had a carry on suitcase that met the requirment when I flew to Rome last friday on the exact same size plane. I was told I was NOT to have two types of carry on bags i was only ALOWED ONE and was NOT given the option of putting it under my seat. They were more than willing to charge me another 50 Euro to check my carry on bag. But first she asked to see my ticket to see if i was even allowed another checked bag. She DID NOT look at my ticket but immediately flipped my passport and saw that i was from the US AND TOLD ME I WAS ALLOWED ONLY ONE CARRY ON BAG! Yet this awesomely nice Canadian couple (they spoke to me after the flight landed in Paris and were shocked i was made to do this given what they carried on the plane) who had checked and paid for 3 bags and then turned around and carried on a cloth canvas bag for him, a black purse for her, a shopping bag bigger than her purse with items in it and two backpacks. What happened to being able to carry on a carry on suitcase and a purse for women or a lap top size bag, which in some cases is larger than my backpack?I have never hated anyone in my life but I am really tired of the world judging ALL AMERICANS under the same umbrella. I spent my hard earned money in Italy and to be treated with such disrespect on the way out of the country completley floored me! I will not ever fly back into Rome, Italy on any airline! These people are rude and do not care who they offend but Americans are supposed to kiss eveybody's butts! Sorry but I am mad and have written to the airline and i am sure nothing will happen."

There were many samll backpacks and purses in overhead bins that should have been on the floor in front of the petson carrying them. They were not afraid to offend me but people from countries other than the US they wouldn't even make them put the bag under the seat in front of them."

It would have worked fine for her to fly and wait at the airport fo our delayed flight and we would have saved the cost of a new ticket. We did not have that option because the first ticket was cancelled"

Needless to say our seats back home are even worse since they are on the parallel row in front of the door to the toilet. If all that isn't enough we wanted to drink some fine whiskey we brought with us from the duty free and the bottle was confiscated by the flight attendant, who claimed that I cannot drink any alcohol that wasn't bought from the plane. In the seat next to me, by the way, was a guy eating sushi he just got before boarding. That felt absurd and unjustified."

I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

When I got to Turkey to change flights, we had to get off the plane we were on and get on another, and my flight was over two hours delayed. We had to stay at the gate, and so I couldn't buy food at the airport. I would have gotten to Frankfurt at two so the small breakfast I had would have been ok, and now I had to buy food on the plane because I had planned also to meet a friend for dinner outside of Frankfurt before another flight (actually the entire reason I was flying with Pegasus in the first place) and now I wouldn't make it. Can you imagine spending all that money plus a hotel and the entire reason you went is just gone and you have to deal with all of this? So I go to buy food on the plane and I'm told my credit card doesn't work. The funny thing is, previously I checked my bags with the same credit card, and afterwards I rented a car and hotel with the same card. I knew my credit card worked. I made her try it again and nothing. So I just had to live on the small amount of yogurt I had had that morning. There was no apologies or anything for everything we went through except when my credit card wouldn't work the flight attendant gave me some coffee for free. I'm not a complainer and actually travel quite a bit (I've been traveling for 3.5 months straight all over europe and the middle east). This has been the only negative experience I've had. I truly believe that Pegasus does not care about keeping customers. I really feel like I've been treated like dirt, and that I was tricked into booking with them. I've always booked with Kayak and will continue to, but I would reconsider working with Pegasus if I were you. The other discounters like Ryanair are just fine. But this experience made me extremely angry and I will never book with Pegasus again."

Y can relate several problems of other passengers I witness. They also lied saying the problem was air traffic (the maximum time a plane can order to circling in the air for a chance to land is 45 min but we did not). TERRIBLE."
