It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it
Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️
Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.
No fault of the crew, but the the rear lavatories were closed the entire flight. The front lavatories were blocked off for the first part of the flight by the food cart. Then some minor turbulence occurred so the fasten seatbelt sign came on for the second part of the flight. Heroic containment engaged! It was not fun.

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.
Our connecting flight to the US only had around a 25 minute layover! And our flight from Seville to Zürich was delayed! Had our flight from Zürich to Washington DC not been delayed we would have missed our flight to the US. We didn’t even know it was delayed until sprinting from the A terminal to the E terminal. Our flight from Seville landed in Seville 10 minutes after our the door was supposed to close for our flight from Zürich to the US. Not cool! Several other Swiss air passengers were in the same position as us, which I could tell bc we were all running for our lives in your airport. We booked a flight from Seville to Washington DC and the time between connecting flights was not enough and that’s not an acceptable position to put a traveler in. Especially one who spent over $1000 on their tickets.
The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.
Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic
I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology
Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France.
Good. Food items are ok but not really healthy (no protein for the vegetarian option, just a total of 2 gr total) so not fulfilling. Also, no airline is educating passengers to behave and have common sense: let the one sitting by the window pass first, leave toilets clean after use, etc. Humanity is just getting rude and more disgusting by the day and without education or enforced common sense no
The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.
Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable
They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket
Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
I'm not going to travel with that airline again.
I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.
Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.
Well, I'm not too happy with the service a flight for 9 hours with only a cup of water or wine. Food only service you one-time I bind flights many different airlines and they make sure that you feel comfortable with the food and drink
i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"
It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight
Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .
Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.
The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.
Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.
I would have liked it better if Iberia had not lost my and my companion's luggage.

No entertainment and WiFi for a 13 hour flight is outrageous. Old plane. Broken seats and toilet of order. To have to pay for food and a blanket under those conditions is ridiculous. We are never flying with Level or Iberia ever again.
Business class was like premium economy, with an empty seat between my husband and myself. There was a curtain behind our head separating us from the next class. The person behind me’s knees were against the back of my seat, so I felt I shouldn’t recline at all. The person in front of me reclined all the way, then was out of his seat much of the time. He sat on the chair arm of the seat next to me, leaning into the aisle to speak to the man in economy behind me, placing his face about 6 inches from mine. Then he was off speaking to others on the flight, including the flight crew.
The seats were comfortable. The food was pleasing. The movie choices were great. The crew was kind and professional.
No WIFI for the flight When told the breakfast item was cheese and tomato, did not mention sun dried tomotoes - totally different flavor and not what I wanted. Flyer for items for sale but none were offered.
Random seats assignment is weird, family of 2 people was seated apart while there were seats available. Does not make any sense
When I bought the ticket, right away I got a problem, I had to cancel. Unfortunately never ever I will use kayak or Iberia again. When trying to cancel kayak told me to talk directly with the airline, the airline talked to me through whatsap and told me to deal through kayak. Both of u never took responsibility in helping me out. You kayak did not want to deal with me. I called my credit card and now we r disputing the charge bc u have a pathetic customer service.
Very poor experience the flights were delayed and poor. I think we should have been upgraded on the next flight. I don't think we will be flying again you coming or going in the states and out of the country. This was a nightmare I realize that the flight wasn't so expensive but I still think we should be given at least a third back for the cost of this experience
Experience was terrible. No communication and no sense of urgency dealing with literally hundreds of passengers stranded due to cancelled flights.
I liked nothing. Communication to passengers was poor to non-existent. No sense of urgency in providing information from gate changes, baggage drops, and cancelled flights (which happened with no assistance available). This airline is a joke.
OK flight. However, left my smartphone in the seat pocket by mistake, and ITA staff were able to retrieve it and bring it to the departure desk for the next flight. I was so happy and thankful that they were able to get my phone back!
Flying Economy I’m not expecting to have Michelin star food but there’s too much salt and not enough veggies in the main meal. Also there should be more seat room

We booked months in advance, but were told at the airport we are on standby because the airline overbooked the flight. We finally (family of 5) got our boarding passes and had to run through the huge airport to get on the flight. The plane then had an electrical issue and we sat on the tarmac for another 2 hours before we even started our 12 hour flight. Our luggage did not make it, but was delivered to our destination the next evening after we landed. I would not fly this airline again.
This was a typical hour-long flight. Not much leg room, no entertainment and no food.
I’m a nervous flyer so I was happy that we experienced barely any turbulence. I was also lucky and had a whole row in Economy to myself. I’m on the shorter side so leg room wasn’t an issue for me. It could be for someone who is taller than 5’7”.. The food was ok, but again I was in Economy so I wasn’t expecting Michelin star quality food. Entertainment was ok. Wish there were more television options. Overall I would book on ITA again
the flight from Palermo to Rome to SFO is better than the flight we come although the get-off time is still 20 min late.
