Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

the luggage was delayed to the point i missed my next flight hich was an hour after arrival not good at all

Delayed as always, very dirty and old airplane. Not very friendly staff. Just a sandwich for a 5 hours very expensive flight.

The crew was great, the seats were comfortable, food was a sandwich , but very tasty and the ElAl new on board through WIFI was good. Thank you EL AL for improving

A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.

They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.

Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.

I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology

Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France.

My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.

Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.

Well, I'm not too happy with the service a flight for 9 hours with only a cup of water or wine. Food only service you one-time I bind flights many different airlines and they make sure that you feel comfortable with the food and drink

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"

It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

I would have liked it better if Iberia had not lost my and my companion's luggage.

The check in was a disaster - they don’t follow their own baggage rules. The layovers are unrealistic and Iberia doesn’t help with their own connecting flights. They lost our kids child seats without any recourse. We will never fly Iberia with our family again.

We were delayed for 7hrs. No announcements were made, the lines for checking were out of control. No one knew what was going on. Complete madness

Very delayed flight. After a hot/crowded bus ride to the tarmac stairs that negated all benefit of being in boarding group 1, we sat on the tarmac forever in the HEAT waiting for departure from Athens. Seatback was very upright in first class and therefore uncomfortable. Fortunately they block middle seats. Food was good. Upon arrival in Madrid we waited AN HOUR for baggage to arrive. What a waste of time.

Random seats assignment is weird, family of 2 people was seated apart while there were seats available. Does not make any sense

When our first flight was late, meaning we missed our flight to Madrid that day, American rescheduled us for the next flight the next day, gave vouchers for meals and hotel, and lounge access.

I forgot to check-in the day in advance that is required for British Airlines so I was very scared that I would not be able to make my flight. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this did not prove to be an issues as the person checking me in at the desk was the sweetest person ever. She helped me get to my flight on time and the crew on the flight were the nicest people I have ever met. Great customer service.

Bad. Requested a diabetic meal. Was served everything i couldnt eat. So i did not estbthe whole flight dinner / breakfast. Sad and uncomfortable.

OK flight. However, left my smartphone in the seat pocket by mistake, and ITA staff were able to retrieve it and bring it to the departure desk for the next flight. I was so happy and thankful that they were able to get my phone back!

Flying Economy I’m not expecting to have Michelin star food but there’s too much salt and not enough veggies in the main meal. Also there should be more seat room

I get it…Economy sucks but on a 13 hour flight all seats should have legroom and go back more than 110 degrees

Old flight. very smaller seats. screen small.. food was mediocre

We booked months in advance, but were told at the airport we are on standby because the airline overbooked the flight. We finally (family of 5) got our boarding passes and had to run through the huge airport to get on the flight. The plane then had an electrical issue and we sat on the tarmac for another 2 hours before we even started our 12 hour flight. Our luggage did not make it, but was delivered to our destination the next evening after we landed. I would not fly this airline again.

This was a typical hour-long flight. Not much leg room, no entertainment and no food.

I’m a nervous flyer so I was happy that we experienced barely any turbulence. I was also lucky and had a whole row in Economy to myself. I’m on the shorter side so leg room wasn’t an issue for me. It could be for someone who is taller than 5’7”.. The food was ok, but again I was in Economy so I wasn’t expecting Michelin star quality food. Entertainment was ok. Wish there were more television options. Overall I would book on ITA again

the flight from Palermo to Rome to SFO is better than the flight we come although the get-off time is still 20 min late.

The flight was delayed 3 hours while we were on the plane. We returned back to the gate before departure and waited for 2 hours before finally leaving. Little updates during the process and no explanation. Plane kept turning off and on and it got very hot at times.

It was fine. I wish there were more or better selections for entertainment.
