Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

El al is the best choice for flights to Israel.

Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.

A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.

The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic

I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology

Good. Food items are ok but not really healthy (no protein for the vegetarian option, just a total of 2 gr total) so not fulfilling. Also, no airline is educating passengers to behave and have common sense: let the one sitting by the window pass first, leave toilets clean after use, etc. Humanity is just getting rude and more disgusting by the day and without education or enforced common sense no

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

The crew on the aeroplane were absolutely fantastic, very kind, very caring and very supportive. The food was good and the inflight entertainment was really good. When I went to collect my bag from the carousel, I was waiting a long time with the other passengers. Other than that, I am highly satisfied with everything else.

The staff who helped me get on the plane were great. I have Parkinson so I choose my seat carefully. You changed my seat causing me to be in the second to last seat making getting on and off the plane cumbersome. At check in, I waited for 40 minutes for a wheelchair that never came. I fortunately can walk even though I am very slow so I made it to my flight. This was frustrating and difficult.

Terrible experience with baggage claim at CLT. Posted as arriving at belt 4 and screen there showed the flight. Waited for over 1.2hrs before someone randomly came by and said the bags for that flight had been dropped at CD1 an unknown time ago. There was no notification in the app, on the screens or by any airport personnel prior to this time. Waiting 1.2 hrs after a 2 hr flight for a bag you paid $40 extra to check is infuriating and disappointing.

The flights was delayed by hours and it was the firmest landing I have experienced in my life. My back is still sore.

Overall the flights pretty good. The snacks we’re good and they were plenty of them. Both boarding and deplaning went quickly.

New ridiculous policy by american destroyed my allegiance to american. As a million miler with american, I expected it would be easy to get on an earlier flight when I got to airport earlier than expected, and save a five hour layover. WRONG. The online app would not let me switch flights, So I called, and was promised a call back in 90 minutes. HAH! The customer service desk at DCA said “we no longer have access to changing a flight on our screens. If the app couldn’t do it, I should send a letter to American, but there’s nothing else possible!”

My baggage went to Dallas and not to Philadelphia. Do I need to add anything else?

This flight was late and did not meet the connecting flight.

I can say I will not be taking this airline again any time soon. Seat were uncomfortable and too tight. Lack of chair screen and little overhead space.

There were 3-4 delays on this flight—we almost missed our connection.

I'm not going to travel with that airline again.

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.

Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"

It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making

Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.

It was excellent and we will use in the future

Today, this flight was great. It was on time and comfortable unlike the one on Friday July 12th that was canceled after a very long delay at the airport. Our flight to Newcastle 2 weeks previous was also canceled and the one that flew us to Newcastle, the next day, left Heathrow after it should have arrived in Newcastle. We heard of othe cancelations on this route. BA needs to fix/address this unreliable route.

I never took the flight. I bought the ticket in Kayak by mistake, right away, within the first 10 minutes I realized it and check to cancel. Kayak did not let me and sent me to Iberia saying, in order to cancel or change, you have to call the airline, which I did. Iberia ditched me off saying, you have to talk to whoever you bought it from, Kayak. so you 2 were passing the ball to each other. So I called my credit company, cancelled the transaction, and I swore never ever to use either Kayak or Iberia and I did, I flew with Air France and Delta to all over Europe, thank you and take me out of your subscription.

First flight was 5.5 hours delayed, the notification came within 2 hours of the flight (bags already checked in). connection missed- no one working on getting us on an alternate flight, knowing where our luggage will be. It was chaos figuring out how to get to our final destination. Customer service throwing us into nowhere on the phone- all while we have 2 small kids on us. It will take the whole vacation to recover from this experience. I am scared how the return flight will go in August. Check-in staff (not sure if they are airport hires or iberia hires- beyond rude, especially in Madrid.) On-plane staff, food and entertainment were good.

Plane arrived late to gate, staff at Philadelphia had no sense of urgency to get people on the plane. Boarding took 15 min longer than it should have because despite 4 staff working at the gate, only one was scanning tickets while the others sat talking to each other.

No WIFI for the flight When told the breakfast item was cheese and tomato, did not mention sun dried tomotoes - totally different flavor and not what I wanted. Flyer for items for sale but none were offered.

Passengers were taken to the aircraft by bus. But they kept people standing back to back in the small no AC, no restrooms, no chairs area for 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle bus. No information was provided to the passengers, no help or service was offered during this incident

For the most part, the staff was very polite, Besides the lady that was scanning passports and boarding passes from Madrid to Dallas. She was very rude and disrespectful and she’s honestly the main reason why we will not use Iberia again. My husband is a pilot. He said he’s never seen anything like that the way she acted. Our experience of flying premium economy didn’t seem worth price.
