Iberia airlines was late on every flight I had. It was very difficult to communicate in English with iberia airlines and airport employees.

I had an issue with the name on my ticket vs my passport name. I was very upset that the Iberia ticket clerk had no authorization to help me and I was left to fix it. It took 19 calls of persons promising to accomplish and not doing anything before I reached someone who helped me in 10 minutes. Two of them even hung up on me. I missed my original flight because of this. Terrible customer service.

The flight was delayed twice. When the crew explained about the debris causing flat tires, I was glad they took the time to change all four.

Better pillow cases in economy. I didn’t like that I couldn’t pick my seats since I booked with Kayak.

Basically a smooth ride to Madrid. There was a little hiccup with boarding but it worked out. Overall great experience!

First flight was 5.5 hours delayed, the notification came within 2 hours of the flight (bags already checked in). connection missed- no one working on getting us on an alternate flight, knowing where our luggage will be. It was chaos figuring out how to get to our final destination. Customer service throwing us into nowhere on the phone- all while we have 2 small kids on us. It will take the whole vacation to recover from this experience. I am scared how the return flight will go in August. Check-in staff (not sure if they are airport hires or iberia hires- beyond rude, especially in Madrid.) On-plane staff, food and entertainment were good.

Needed more info on connecting flight. Late flight made very short connection. Lost luggage that we still do not have!

As compared to our beginning flight to Madrid this flight was light years better in every category! Highlights were the top notch crew, service and food. Our first experience with Iberia was at two opposite sides of the spectrum. Thank you for an excellent return flight to Chicago - O Hare!!

We flew Level for the first time direct from Barcelona to San Francisco, and wow, we were pleasantly surprised: large, comfortable seats in economy class, the crew were very friendly and polite the entire trip, and the food and entertainment options were great. We would absolutely fly them again.
