My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.

Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour
I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.
Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,
El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc
Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.
The food is horrible!! The staff not smiling and looks that they don’t want to work
Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.
As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...
Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.
Room between seats unacceptable. If person front of you dropped down there seat even a little you could not be even a little comfortable. No sleep on flight
I am very happy always when I fly with Iberia.
They lost my luggage, and bring it to me after 3 days. Not happy because I spent one hour to claim my luggage. After a long trip , to spend more time with claim luggage is not fair
Lost luggage, breaking the rest of plans, instead of going to other place from JFK should go home and wait for bag don’t know for how long 1, 2 days.
Problems at check in with prepaid luggage causing delays with both flights, noticeably old and dated planes, onboard luggage bags (BA small luggage size) too big for centre overhead luggage boxes (dangerous if opened) no Wi-Fi available on outward flight, food on inbound flight atrocious, food/drink service on inbound below par.
The economy seats had space unlike Iberia Airlines from NY to Barcelona.
8+ hour flight with no tvs working and no usb port working to charge ones own devices was brutal (traveled with 2 small kids)… yikes

The incoming flight was delayed and that trigger the luggage to miss this flight. We got the luggage 6 days after arrival.
Basically a smooth ride to Madrid. There was a little hiccup with boarding but it worked out. Overall great experience!
