Flight was diverted to bologna due to fog sfter circuling hours in air
Allow me to book extra bag check in as free though I packed in 1 luggage but that was 7 LBS overweight so make another bag to free check in.
They rescheduled me and I had no issues with the new flight
It was horrible experience, as my flight was delayed over 5 hours. There was no compensation provided. They wasted my whole day.
Most courteous, helpful employees and all flights were on time.
Everything ok, but it was a lot of turbulence during the flight.
Terrible. 3 missed flights and 24 hours delayed with lost bag and promised $100 compensation from United and absolutely nothing from them…
Seats to small and crowded ....way too many additional charges. No effort to make customer feel valued
The experience with Air Canada was nowhere near what I would expect considering the ticket price. I feel as though I was robbed and had horrible, the worst I've experienced across any industry, at every touch point throughout the flight. I will never fly Air Canada again and will do my best to discourage everyone I know from choosing this airline as the experience was so horrible I would not want anyone I care about to have to fly Air Cananda. Shame on you Air Canada - you set a new low standard.
They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!
I have to compare it to the AA flight back home. AA was a little better. Perhaps it was that American English is my native tongue. My seat on AA was newer and more comfortable. The food was a little better. The entertainment was much better, more movies worth watching. The sound was lousy on both.
It’s got the tightest seats of any airline - my knees were smashed for 3 hours - absolutely awful.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Some of the best crew I have met.
The food on the flight was of marginal quality. Small bits of chicken, instant mashed potatoes and some carrots. The rolls were very dry, nearly inedible. The seats were quite small and didn’t allow for any shifting of position during the flight. There was limited leg room.0
It was a good flight overall. Nothing to add. Keep it up!
Excellent. Thanks to United Star Alliance, since economy was overbooked, I’m grateful to have been upgraded to Business Class.
Flight was OK. Waiting for luggage in Madrid for 55 minutes, unacceptable
Transportation from gate to airplane was poor we stayed in hot bus for 20 minute no vantilation
Terrible. Won’t fly again. Boarding was an issue. Took TWO hours to “find” my confirmed reservation. Crew at desk was super rude and unconcerned. Was not escorted through despite delay on their end. Almost missed fight and luggage arrived one day late…. Which I had to pick up by cab or wait even longer (not reimbursed).
This was a short flight. We sat in business class so we we were served a warm meal, which was nice. The flight attendants were very attentive, professional, and kind.
