No explanations whatsoever, the craziest experience, completely messed our plans to get a bite up, I wish we were given some information ahead of time that we are going to be sitting in a single room zone. The flight was ok, but hellishly hot all the way."

The crew themselves remarked that the type of plane used for this flight was inappropriate."

Cons: "LH flight from Seattle was late, and I barely made it to the LH connecting flight to TA. Landed in Tel Aviv, but my one bag didn't arrive with me. Looked for the Lufthansa desk, but there is no such thing. They have farmed out the task of dealing with lost luggage and masses of confused to irate people to another firm. There were approx 40 people trying to get some information from 4 ladies, one of whom was new. They were unable to deal with many reports at a time. How about take a number and we'll call you up in turn? Instead it was like a push and shove pressure cooker just to find out the status of said missing bag and make a report. I was dealt with last. At this time, I was exhausted and angry. The ladies were very good and very kind. They informed my ride of the delay, and told me that the lost bag would come on the next flight. They took me out of the area to get a drink and a bite to eat. We waited. It came. We drove to my destination a few hours away. Never have I had to deal with such a time consuming shambles to find out the bare minimum of information. I finished the trip and will never fly with Lufthansa again."
Cons: "To Whom It May Concern, My name is Eliezer Korbman. I was a passenger on LH403 with service to Frankfurt, Germany. Upon reaching cruising altitude and prior to dinner service, a Lufthansa stewardess reached across my midsection, activated the reclining mechanism and forcefully returned my seat to its upright position - waking me up to eat. (You may conduct your own investigation, but there was no prior announcement.) I politely declined, but was later denied dinner and breakfast. To clarify, I was unable to eat or sleep. This is utterly disgusting service. I am incredibly disappointed in Lufthansa for the way that I was treated aboard LH403. Unless I can be persuaded otherwise, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Garbage service! Shame on you Lufthansa!"

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.

Cons: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

NO SIGNS at gate explaining 26 A was for business and 26 B was for economy and these gates were a 3 minute walk from each other. No staff to advise until finally an announcement. No announcements letting passengers know what the deal was except telling us that there was a delay. I had to use apps to get the information I needed."

Anyways, he didn’t care because they had let a few people in before me with peeled off passes, and I needed to be used to set an example. So, my punishment for losing part of my pass was that I couldn’t board. Nor did he smile, or help me. Absolutely rude and unhelpful. Thank god I eventually found it, and was allowed to board. In addition, entertainment didn’t work."

Cons: "(1) Unfortunately couldn't do web check-in because I had bought the ticket through Air India; and strangely the e-ticket receipt only mentioned one time that it was co-chaired with Brussels Air, which caused confusion at the departure terminal. (2) Food quality was poor, with a soft soggy sandwich as the first snack/meal on this overnight flight; then a breakfast with soggy egg and tough chicken. As I wasn't feeling well, I asked a flight attendant for an extra bread roll, and she grabbed one from a tray just collected from another passenger and tried to offer it to me!! Then she stopped short, seeing the packaging was open and went to get another. Needless to say, that was pretty appalling -- and also very surprising given this was a Brussels Airlines plane and staff. (3) Given above, I had a surprisingly poor experience on this flight. I have flown on Brussels Airlines before so was really surprised by the unexpectedly less-than-average quality of service and food."

Cons: "The plane was late making us late for our connecting flight so not only did we have to get off and go to the next gate but we also had to recheck our luggage. We were charged for the weight of our bags for the second flight because it was over limit. We were not aware that the weight limit would change from one plane to the next. It was ridiculous. We should not have had to pay over $80 for this when we were told the limit was 25kg. We made it to the plane just in time. It was a very upsetting experience and we will definitely think twice about flying air India in the future."

Cons: "Aircraft old, business class terribly dirty. Hostess did not serve drink on entry. Power outlet not working. Flight cancelled and everyone told to leave aircraft without any effort to rebook business class customers."
