Cons:They called me the day before to tell me that there were no cars available and I had to scramble to find another rental car in less than 24 hours. It ended up costing 100Eur more.Reviewed 2020 Jun 07

Pros:Car was great and the staff seemed nice at first.Cons:There was damage to the car when I picked it up. Upon return, I was accused of committing such damage and was shown old, dark and obscure photos to justify paying €750 on top of the €250 I had already paid as a deposit. Fortunately I had taken a pictures before I drove off however they have yet to refund my deposit after 5 business days.Reviewed 2020 May 28

Pros:Nothing.Cons:They didn't have the car ready for us, and asked us to pay extra 20 euros for a bigger one. We left without the car. They also insulted us profoundly in German, thinking we dont understand. Dreadful experience.Reviewed 2019 Dec 13
